This hotel , serves reasonably priced basic food. We live in Brigg so did not sample the accommodation. The place is reasonably clean and the staff are very friendly. We have not had a bad meal there. Sunday lunch is plentiful.....the lamb in particular, is nice and thickly cut and very reasonable. Only drawback, are the smokers that congregate at...

Quiet, cosy pub in the middle of Brigg. Bit tired looking inside, however clean and friendly. Not a extensive menu, however very reasonably priced and the food was lovely. I had potato & leek soup as a starter which was delicious & plentiful. Only downside was the butter was very hard, so ripped the bread roll to bits when applying!...

The rooms were clean and had everything you need. There was a little noise from the market place but didn't seem to last long uut I guess could be louder on other occasions, There is no traffic = just people talking and shouting. The standard breakfast is HUGE ! The pub area is a bit tired and needs doing up...

Went into The Lord Nelson in Briggs for an afternoon coffee and snack. When ordering at the bar, was told "well I know we don't have that" - not, sorry we have run out of that, would you like to select something else. Will not be back and would not recommend.

Ancient hotel in the centre of a pretty market town. Pedestrianised area, so very quiet. Bedrooms clean and recently painted. Colossal breakfast. Good value. Bar a bit tired and you have to use a public car pay and display park directly behind the hotel but this is free overnight and cheap in the day.
