We travelled to Sperlonga for a friend wedding. Stayed two nights at family run B&B. We were made to feel most welcome on arrival, and also throughout our duration of stay. A modern build. The Room was clean, and spacious, with Air Conditioning. with a lovely en-suite . Breakfast was continental style and more than adequate. Within building there is a café area for Espresso drinks and light lunches, which is clean and well run, and friendly.
• Parking - plenty
• TV - Internet - Wi-Fi available
A two minutes walk from the beach. which has been Blue flag awarded.
Amenities. Shops, restaurants and chemist are close by too.

YES WE WOULD COME AGAIN

We arrived on the Monday after spending 4 days in Rome for a wedding and were welcomed and shown our room. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable. The air conditioning was complete blessing given the temperature outside and we had a small balcony. The town itself is split into old and new and the B&B is in the new part so to get a true feel for the old town which is were the best restaurants and bars are is a 10/15 minute walk up some quite steep steps.
It is worth noting that they don't speak a great deal if English in general in Sperlogna so a phrase book would be a great asset.
-The breakfast is basic but sufficient, consisting of sweet pastries, croissant and cereal. -The staff are very friendly and eager to wait on you as you enter the veranda where breakfast is served.
-1 note, take insect repellent. We went in September, and although not swarms, we got bitten within a few hours of arriving.
-B&B Sperlogna is perfect for a short break and suitable for couples or families.
-They have pretty quick Wifi
-There is a bus from the station from Fondi is 1.50 Euros
-A taxi is 25 Euros
-A meal for 2 with starters and wine in the town cost an average of 55/60 Euros
-A lot of the shop close between 1.30ish and 4.30ish, including the supermarket.
- A pair of deckchairs and umbrella is avg 20 Euros however the sun is pretty powerful so it is advisable to get an umbrella.

House is very close to the city center and to the beach. Staff is nice and helpful, rooms are great. The Hotel is brand new, with perfect facilities. Breakfast is a bit basic, but take into consideration the price, correct.

We stayed there in August 2014. We checked in at the hotel and got ready to go out. The guy at the reception didn't give us the key saying the key always stay here. Sure, no problem. We had dinner, went to a night club. And around 4 am came back. The front door was locked and the concierge was sleeping on the couch while waiting for us to come back. What a strange system. I am an adult and I paid for the room, so I have the right to return at any time in the morning that I want. And the guy started yelling at us in Italian and pointing at his watch. Seriously? Who are you? My father???? We were shocked but just went to our room. Check out is at 10 am and at 9:45 a cleaning lady with an angry look and a mop in her hand was rushing us in a very familiar way.... I told her to give us 10 more min. She comes back in 5 min and starts yelling at us again. What a horrible place. You should let people know that you have rules that no b&bin the world doesn't have. It is not a student dormitory, so why do we have to be in the room early? So that the concierge could go home and sleep? Not my problem. avoid at all costs. Scifo

The b&b is a nice building and a short walk to the beach etc. Room clean and everything you need, small but fine, fridge useful but empty (would be nice to have a couple of bottles of water on arrival) wifi and air conditioning all good. I really disliked the fact that towels are replaced only after three nights, there is a notice in the bathroom to say that even if you leave towels on the floor they will not be replaced. We stayed for three nights, no clean towels or bedding and as it is so hot with two to three showers per day, one towel that has to be used over and over is really awful.

Just stayed here for 3 nights. The B&B is in a great location for the Fondi bus stop and the beach. The rooms are basic but very clean. The shower is powerful and the bed was very comfy. However, you only get clean towels every 3 days. In the height of summer when you are having several showers a day that isn't good enough. It should be down to the customer to decide when they would like fresh towels. We only got up for breakfast for our last morning as we were leaving to go to Rome. Breakfast consisted of sweet things only. No cheese or ham or even fresh fruit. I didn't have anything. This B&B doesn't accept credit or debit cards either. We enjoyed our short time in Sperlonga but I felt this place was overpriced for what it offered.

Pros & Cons:

+Very clean
+Friendly staff (even though they didn't speak English much)
+Location (near the beach, restaurants and supermarket but also on a quiet street)
+Room (A/C, balcony)

+/- Breakfast (excellent coffee, but the breakfast was mostly just sweet pastries etc.)

-Check-out at 10.30am

Overall good price/value -ratio, I would stay there again.

Great B&B experience, highly recommended for visiting Sperlonga! The B&B staff were friendly and amenable, and there were many reasons why we enjoyed our stay:
- Excellent location: 3 minutes' walk from the ocean, 30 seconds' walk to the bus stop that takes you to/from the train station at Fondi, and 3 minutes' walk from a convenient grocery store.
- Fun rooms with a super little balcony: vintage tiles in the room, a handy fridge, and a balcony with a drying rack that was useful for our beach towels and swimsuits
- Bikes: the B&B has bikes for guests to use that made getting around Sperlonga easy and fun.

Pros and cons: +rooms +friendly staff + very good location near to the beach and near to everything relevant + very clean and cozy + safe place to stay

-towels and sheets were changed in every 3 days only, that was annoying bc of the sand from the beach etc.
-/+breakfast would need something fresh like fruits or veggies and wholebread/fibre. Coffee was excellent but mostly it was just pastiries and white bread + meat etc.

Can recomment and we would come again!

Suomeksi:

Structure a few steps from the sea and the main avenue of "low" Sperlonga. The room assigned is not very large but is equipped with the necessary comforts, including air conditioning and a refrigerator. Terrace serving the room. Impeccable cleanliness. Good breakfast. Private closed internal parking for cars. The presence of a caretaker even during the night was appreciated. The b&b has an agreement with a beach establishment and some restaurants. Courtesy and professionalism of the owners. Highly recommended, excellent value for money, considering the average costs found in Sperlonga. We'll be back!
