Rooms cramped and poorly maintained. Pitiful bathroom even from 70s Hostel. Beautiful sea. Good location. Poor service except for something good in the factotum that served breakfasts. Basic breakfast from educandato. If you can go further!

Despite the negative reviews we booked at this property. Beautiful location, directly on the sea. Very spartan rooms. We ate better, and cheaper, than a well-known restaurant in the center of Sperlonga. Fresh fish

Probably the term reception is not known in this structure. From the maitre d' who does not listen and leaves, he comes back and goes in a hurry nervously touching the pencil. The wine that costs 5€ resold for 32€ and a good first news; the second is that the not so bad food has old clams. There is no internet and payment is made at the car park (they do not accept amex despite in Italy it is mandatory to accept card payments).. Now if this is the structure and a shame because the location , the music in the background could make it unique (a couple arrived at 2045 ordered only at 2115 because the maitre d' had forgotten ..) how nice ... Look at the bill because you should pay without seeing it ... boh a novelty yet I often go to clubs

Our room was very clean. The sea was beautiful. The staff was very kind and also looked after my health. The meals were great. During the weekdays there were few people so we could enjoy all the comforts. Place absolutely recommended.

Four of us left in the hope of spending a day and a night in a "resort", as pompously advertised on the site. Upon arrival, however, we realized that the non-existent signposting of the entrance to the structure, which was also dangerously located in the full bend of the slope, should have acted as an omen and directed us towards other destinations. But anyway... even less did we become suspicious of the indication on the website, such as free hotel services, toilet paper, soap and shampoo sachets, something that not even a low-grade hovel would ever dream of doing. Even the external structure of the "hotel", to be honest, gave rise to hope. But with the handing over of the keys everything changed. Upon opening the door, even before seeing the bed, practically inside the entrance, we were hit not by the typical Ponente smells, but by an unpleasant sewer smell coming from the bathroom. The room, of Lilliputian dimensions, includes just a bed and an unlikely yellow table, probably dating back to the early seventies. Opening the wardrobe doors, which had probably never been opened for years, made it possible to mitigate the smell of the bathroom with that of mold coming from the first. And here we are at the centerpiece of the resort room, the bathroom... blocked sink, with stagnant water in the sink, toilets from the post-war era, with taps partly rusty and partly, as in the case of the shower mixer, replaced with plastic pieces, and she, the shower, triumphant in the middle of the bathroom, without any closure, the use of which necessarily causes flooding of the bidet, sink and floor. I leave out the TV in the room without the remote control, having stayed for only one night. Satisfactory beach service, and applause goes to the gentleman who takes care of umbrellas and sunbeds, always kind and helpful. A veil of pity should instead be drawn over the bar and the service staff, who are rude, disrespectful and even intolerant of customers' legitimate requests on what they could eat. The breakfast was normal, rather ordinary, indeed limited in choice and availability but served by a friendly and nice guy originally from Castellammare di Stabia. A parenthesis definitively closed, now and for the future.

In short: we stayed 3 days 2 nights in B&B formula, 2 adults 2 children. Strategic and heavenly location of the rooms. Sea and landscape 9.9. Services and catering 0zero breakdown. Breakfast 1 frozen croissant and only coffee. Having seen breakfast we didn't even go near the restaurant. The rooms have zero cleanliness. Less than the bare minimum. Dated village. In addition to prices that are too high.
They also say they have food for celiacs, but that's not true. The hairdryer is missing in the bathrooms and the door to the shower cabin is also missing. Lots of dust. If you think of the sea it is dreamlike, but if you think of the services forget it.
I recommend reviewing the direction, it wouldn't take much to make everything a 10

Non mi risulta ci sia spiaggia libera..accanto a quella attrezzata dell' Hotel ce ne sono altre a seguire, sempre attrezzate, annesse a ristoranti. Spiaggia libera non ne ho viste . Probabilmente ce ne sono più avanti.
