We stayed here for one night after a long flight from Australia. The room was small but comfortable, the WiFi okay and it was walking distance to a supermarket so we bought a few nibbles and a drink and had a picnic in the room. Breakfast was included the next morning and as we are not big breakfast people we found it not too bad. The staff were friendly and for convenient place to stay for one night I think it was not bad

We had an excellent experience staying at Enea House. We arrived early and they allowed us to leave our baggage, then gave us (for free) transportation back to the airport to catch a shuttle into Rome. Their English was not the best; however, it was a lot better than our Italian. It was a great experience for the money and exactly what we wanted for a new night's stay. They even called one night for a pizza delivery for us. They arranged transportation to a nearby city Civitavecchia to catch a cruise and this was a great experience as well. Overall, they did a fantastic job. Not a real high-end b&b; but it appealed to us. We own a small family business and that is who we always try to do business with.

My family and our friends were on excursion to Japan. We flew from Tokyo to Rome and we had to sleep one night and then go fly to our home country. We were very exhausted. When we got into the hotel we asked the owner( also the person who drove us ) for the tomorrow shuttle. He told us that we have to leave the hotel in 10:00am because the shuttle is in 10:00am. He also said that if we don't leave the hotel in 10:00am we have to go to the airport by walk. Okay we agreed with this. We went to our beds and then he started to talk very loudly. We asked him politely if he could talk a little quieter but he said that's what I do, here is my computer, here is my desk, this is my job. We are very disappointed from the service and we won't go there again.

Had to get to Tuscany but couldn’t get the train in time so plumped for this Bed and Breakfast near to a Fiumincino Airport. BASIC and average price. Shuttle bus to and from Airport. Friendly people, spoke English and Italian. Room I was given was clean but very basic in furniture. Wi fi didn’t work strange! Hot water didn’t work in the shower, TV In room. Bed looked as though they hadn’t ironed the sheets but needed a room so stayed there! In the morning went down to the breakfast room and had a collection of things to eat but there were only plastic knives and forks! Taken back to the airport, but the hotel bus had broken down so we had a lift in a jeep! All good fun if you are on a shoestring!

While the establishment is basically OK, my view of this B&B was clouded as soon as I arrived, with its high walls and solid steel front gate which is kept locked. It is difficult to gain entry unless there is someone within hailing distance, otherwise you might be waiting a while to get in. Once inside, I was checked in by the somewhat intimidating owner/manager, who tried to charge me much more than the price quoted in my online reservation. When I reminded him of the agreed price, he accepted that, but insisted I pay an extra 6 Euros for breakfast, which was supposed to be free. Thus my poor opinion of the place. As for the actual property, it isn’t too bad. It’s a 10 minute Cotral bus ride (1.30 Euros) followed by a 5 minute walk away from FCO airport, so it’s quite convenient, and there is a large Supermarket (Todis) 5-10 minutes walk away. As for my ground-floor room, it was of a reasonable size, with dark furnishings and décor, quite clean and comfortable, with a reasonable ensuite with shower and lots of hot water. Everything in the room worked as it should, including the excellent free wi-fi, a/c and flat screen TV. So no problems on that score. The location is pretty quiet, with little aircraft or other noise. It’s a pity that the management doesn't have a little more integrity. I would have given the establishment 3/5 if it wasn’t for the difficulties checking in. As it is, I wouldn’t stay there again, as the whole check in process is far too stressful, and who knows how much it will actually cost?

The house was a little dark and difficult to find but that is mainly because we showed up at 10:00 p.m. Right when we arrived, we called the number and the manager was very kind and showed us to our room. He then arranged for a driver to bring us to the airport for the next morning (at a good price). I wouldn't recommend staying here for a long vacation, but for a couple nights it is perfect. Overall, accommodating and worth the money.

I was looking for a relatively inexpensive place to spend my last night in Rome that was somewhat close to the Leonardo Da Vinci Airport. This quaint B & B filled the bill. Not only was it a pleasant stay but it was VERY economical and only a 10-minute drive back to the airport. Great restaurant (Mamarro') about a block away and they even offer shuttle service (for a fee) to the airport although I had my own car. Staff was warm and friendly and the B & B, although a block from a main roadway, was on a quiet street away from the traffic noise. Super value!

We came here as a family and rented two rooms. One room smelled very sickly sweet and we didn't know what it was. Five minutes after the lights were out a bed bug was crawling away from me. I turned the lights one and saw a other one, photo attached beneath the covers. DO NOT GO HERE. THE OWNER KNEW ABOUT THE BED BUGS AND LET CHILDREN SLEEP IN THE BED BUG RIDDEN ROOM.

Booked this small guesthouse for an early morning flight out of Rome. The place is a quick 10 minutes drive away in a small neighbourhood right next to the airport's precincts. It is a clean and modest establishment with well appointed and spacious rooms featuring TV, en-suite bathroom and free WIFI. Bed was very comfortable and I had no issues at all with the room. Breakfast is a somewhat spartan affair with just a coffee and a small pastry on offer but I later had a proper breakfast at the airport where the choices on offer are much better. The guesthouse owners can also provide dinner based on simple pasta dishes and salads though I would say that this option was somewhat pricey in my case (pasta+salad came to 18 euros). If you're looking for a pizza or a burger, I think it is a better idea finding a pizzeria or restaurant nearby (not that I saw any around so not sure this is possible). For a small charge of 20 euros, they also picked me up from the airport on my arrival into Rome airport and took me back there the next day so I could continue my journey. Communication is a bit slow and it was not always possible to get through to the owners directly. On my arrival, I called their mobile to no avail (later I found out it had been forgotten at home!) but I finally got through on another number they had given me. The owners were friendly and welcoming and tried to help with any issues during my stay though I had none really, except some average food at dinner time which I overlooked in favour of the comfortable bed. All in all, it was a good place to crash for a night and delivered the goods at the price and level expected. I definitely recommend it for anybody looking for a well-priced, clean and safe roof near Rome airport. Make sure you get hold of all their contact numbers and that they have safely registered your arrival and departure times. If famished on arrival/departure, the best idea is to dine or get your breakfast at the airport.
