Good place for relaxing, swimming, sunbathing, tasting local food and also birdwatching. The room was the biggest of all that I've seen in hotels. The stuff and the owner were very friendly. For those who like birdwatching it is a good place too. I found and was successful in photographing of about 20 species on the territory and in its...

This was our first visit here, together with friends that have been living on Zanzibar for a while and frequented Swahili Beach Resort on the weekends. The resort is a little bit worn, but still in alright condition. There is a tranquil athmosphere, and the staff is very friendly. It was very clean, not many mosquitos and with mosquito tents...

This place is very run down. Absolutely not looked after. The switches in the rooms are hanging out. The taps are leaking. The restaurant is pathetic. The staff really tries but they are not trained to deliver a service which will make you overlook the negatives. Would not stay here again.

I couldnt pay the stay with my credit card because the terminal was borrowed to another hotel. I had to go to Stown Town to get cash to pay...

Nice atmosphere for relaxing with family! The place is well organized, clean rooms, nice and clean swimming pool, wifi in rooms. Tasty and fresh meals especially breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Around the area and at the resort, there were no ATMs and the resort was accepting only cash payments so one of their staff accompanied us to...
