There are a lot of things I would complain about, but the main thing is that it was incredibly noisy at night. The "resort" (and the nearby resort, Mona Liza) had no sense of respect for guests that want to sleep early. When I complained about it to the front desk, I was basically told to "suck it up, it's...

Everything is basic, from the beds to bathroom to dining experience. 3 things that make them great are: 1 - Each room had so much space! Not just the suites but the single rooms too. And that's essential for beach lodging a think. 2 - Very affordable. Supposedly they havent increased their room rates since they opened years ago. So...

Writing this only now coz of an email in my mobile phone. Stayed there April 2014 on a Holy Week holiday (2 adults, 2 dogs) From numerous hotels that we inquired, it was the only hotel that accepts dogs as companions of guests. When we arrived there, they gave us the room at the ground floor near the front desk,...

The most amazing people are running the place. We had a very warm welcome and were treated friendly throughout the stay. Now also serving delicious Peruvian food! Direct access to the beach. Pro-surf spot right outside. Strongly recommended!

It's pricy for 2,500 pesos. AC was old and making noise, it did not make the room cool. Stains were evident in the toilet bowl. No toilettries given. Restaurant is not present, though they serve breakfast. On a lighter note, the place is accessible to the surfing area, if you want to take a stroll down the beach. The resort...

GOOD + Big airconditioned rooms can shelter you from the midday heat as you wait for the waves + The beach viewing decks are nice + Secured belongings because of the locks BAD - The shower controls are on the brink of collapsing (they're old!) - The toilets, although smelling clean, are tinged with yellow stains (old!) - The aircon...

The hotel is basic, but clean. Insects were at a minimum. The resort staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rona (the waitress cum chef, gave us a Tourist Map) and another lady from the administration told us about nearby pottery-making classes. We super enjoyed learning how to make clay pots! We also had fun surfing the gentle waves just...

This place is highly recommended for those who seek to enjoy a peaceful beach getaway. We stayed at the president suite. The room was nice. The balcony was perfect for having coffee while watching the sunset. Surf area is just a couple of minutes away from the resort. The food is a little pricey but if you like to have...

The resort is located in a quiet part of Urbiztondo beach making it an ideal location for travellers looking to surf as well as get some peace and quiet. The main beach is just minutes away should you wish to get surf lessons from the many surf shops along the beach. The rooms were quite spacious complete with a kitchenette...

Best Sunset View right in your own veranda. Less crowd, own beach front and very accomodating and very nice staff. Close to every one and very accessible not only to the beach but also in the road. Close to everything around the area. Experience walking down the beach.
