We've just got back today from this fantastic place. We couldn't fault it at all. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The maids are lovely. We have a fussy 8 year old who always found something to eat. We had a family suite and there was plenty of room. The entertainment was fantastic, our 8 year old loved the mini disco. There was daily entertainment too. Very clean and friendly hotel.

29.06.2022..still here 3 days Fantastic food. Nice staff. Buildings and surroundings high standard. Cleaning perfect. BUT. ..Staying in rooms starting with 7xxx (ours 7002 ..swim-up) you are close to evening entertainment ..our room 15 meters ..literaly..so there are LOUD NOISE until 22.30 -23.00....Every night... Had we known this we would never had come ...swim up is not cheap.... it is not vacation.. Ensure you do not stay in rooms starting with 7xxx...if you do not like noise.

Positives: - Great hotel for families - Waterpark - swimming pools everywhere - animation everyday - sport activities ( water gym, water zumba, beach volleyball, darts, warterpolo) - mini disco for kids - shows in the evening ( circus, magician etc) - playground and some activities for kids - great restaurant a la carte - nice cocktails - bar at the swimming pool - nice and friendly stuff Downsides: - variety of food but after some time becomes boring - it's not a quality food more quantity than quality - some rooms are not nice ( the family suite is good but after extending check out we got standard room and while taking shower water flooded the bathroom and then the room was messy)

We have just returned from a 11 night holiday, we went as 2 families both with children mine 3 and 9. And honestly we just had the best time as mentioned previously because there was so many pools everyone was kept busy during the day we regularly took the little one to the splash Parks etc and the slides were great for the older kids (and adults!) food was very good typical all inclusive but the meats mostly pork, lamb, beef and chicken. I think I only had 1 night were I didn’t enjoy it. We also ate at the Asian a la carte restaurant for my daughters 3rd birthday and it was amazing! Defo a must visit, we went out for a Chinese a few days before and it would easily say it was as good if not better!!!! Our family room was perfect , huge with 2 seperate rooms which worked well having 2 children, clean & comfortable. overall we all had an amazing holiday and would defo return

Arrival: Very swift and easy, no waiting around and reception lady was nice and polite. Gave us a QR code to scan to get all info about hotel, dining times etc (I do think a piece of paper with it in black and white would be a lot better) Rooms: Our room was ground floor family suite by the pool near the adult water slides. The room was very nice, spacious and bathroom was lovely. No complaints about the rooms atall. Pools: There’s 5/6 pools I believe which is helpful for when it’s busy and also offers a good variety depending on what you want, we had two toddlers so spent most of our time at the waterpark for the kids. However, in the waterpark one of the life guards was very strict on parents going down the slides with kids, it was quite annoying to see him be so uptight about it, I understand he may be following rules but sometimes it needs abit of common sense; nobody was being silly and all adults I saw were going down with their little ones which I actually think makes it safer as some older kids may not wait until it’s safe to go down meaning they may bump into smaller kids half way down or near the bottom, this happened a couple of times to me whilst I had my two year old sat on my lap so it was a good job I was there. This could do with addressing in my opinion if it’s a hotel rule, a few families weren’t very happy with this. Food: A lot of bad views on the food on here, I can see why too. I don’t think the food was bad, the quality was ok but it was very similar everynignt which I know happens at All inclusive hotels but for a 4* hotel I think it could definitely be a lot better. The meat that was always on offer was always quite nice though. The pizza and Gyros bars were very nice, very popular and quite busy at times but that’s understandable. Drinks & Bar: I found all the drinks were pretty good, a typical all inclusive package and no companlints really - a good variety of cocktails etc. I did find most of the bar staff were great, especially the slightly older guy (don’t know his name) however there was one younger guy who always seemed quite moody and like he didn’t want to be there. I got this vibe from him near enough everyday. I won’t name him but he speaks very clear English! Location: The hotel itself is beautiful, it’s sat either side of a little private road with a shop on site. Some really nice sunsets and sunrises to be seen along with a lot of aircraft going over, not too noisy though and the kids loved seeing the planes! The transfer from the airport was about 15 mins or so - ideal! Beachfront and shops/bars all within 10/15 mins walk. Entertainment: We thought daytime entertainment could be improved, didn’t ever seem like much was going on. Either that or there’s not enough entertainers to keep the whole place going, it all seemed to be just at the main pool. Entertainers themself are great though. Evening entertainment was good, the kids mini disco was a big hit although it starts at 20:30 which I think is quite late, especially for the smaller kids and adult entertainment starts at 21:30 - we only watched 3 shows due to young kids but they were all very good! Waterslides & Waterpark: One more thing quickly, the waterpark and slides didn’t open until 12 noon. This is quite late and not alot happens in the morning - perhaps open them abit earlier and a few I had spoken too thought the same. 10am seems a good time to get stuff open for the day. Our two biggest faults (which are not actually a hotel issue but there wasn’t anything in place to try help with the situation) Mosquitos: The hallway to our room was absolutely full of them and they come in everytime you opened the room door. Again, the hotel cannot stop mosquitos but as they’re in the hallway as opposed to outside I think measures could be put in place to try and reduce this. Our two toddlers were bitten relentlessly and our first evening I had to go round and splat them myself, atleast 15 of them! I did ask the cleaner nicely if she could keep our room door closed when she was inside cleaning as they tend to leave doors wide open and that’s how they all come in. So I think it may be a good idea for the hotel management to maybe implement this for the cleaners to help stop mozzies getting in the rooms aswell as trying a deterrent in the hallways to reduce the amount that just sit on the walls. We went out and bought a repellent spray, bite cream and A plug in scent thing which keeps them away and it did work quite well although we were also being very cautious going in and out of room etc. It did ruin it abit as we were so paranoid every night as the first night our children were bitten quite badly and we resorted to moving them into our room with us. This definitely needs addressing by the hotel Flies: Again, only controllable so much but there was a fair few flies in and around the pizza bar and gyros bar, aswell as there being a considerable amount in the restaurant yet didn’t see a single fly zapper or catcher. Again could be helped by the hotel putting stuff in place - it’s quite off putting having flies keep landing on or near your plate and food you’re about to pick up from the buffet. All in all a good holiday though, would return however wouldn’t be in a mad rush to rebook.

Overall a fantastic holiday! Room - we stayed in room 6010, a 2 bedroom swim up family suite. It was lovely, very modern and clean, our patio was in full sun from mid afternoon, pool was clean, and a decent temperature. These rooms are slightly away from the main bars etc but close to Zeus bar which is open 6pm-1am and run by Stavros who was incredible, very chatty, charming and a pleasure to meet. Main bars & restaurants etc - overall no complaints, nice food, plenty of choice and decent enough quality, however we have had better all inclusive. The meat was always well overcooked (for our liking), as was the fish, the labelling is ad hoc at best (not a problem for us as not fussy and no allergies), veg often overcooked, hot food not mega hot. In contrast the salads are amazing, lots of choice and nice and fresh, tons of bread options, deserts were always good and baklava incredible! Lunchtime - gyros, pizza & chips, as previous reviews have said, these are great, nice and fresh, great flavours and available from 12-6pm, we often chose this instead of a full sit down lunch. Ice creams are available all day from various bars. It would have been nice to access fresh fruit throughout the day though. Drinks - yes not branded but all nice, local beer and wine good quality, cocktails were nice, and hot drinks available all day too. Umami - you get one a la carte meal here as part of the all inclusive, get booked in early as it#s lovely food and makes a nice change from the all inclusive. Pools - we found these to be a reasonable temperature, not cold as some others have mentioned, there is lots of choice, all are very clean, we were able to get a sunbed at each one when we wanted, the slides etc are just brilliant for all ages! Inflatables are allowed in all pools. Local - there is a beachfront restaurant where you get 20% off, Nautilus I think it's called. Sunset is incredible, walk down to the seafront and turn left to watch it set. Supermarket, we favoured Acropolis, just a few minutes walk on the way to the beach. The local Gouves train ride is worth it to see some local sights.

First to note was the transfer time from the hotel was very short but far enough away for the airport not to bother your holiday. This was great after the flight. Gouves a nice quiet area with a few locally run stores and restaurants. The hotel itself appears to have grown over time adding more pools and increasing its services. Traveling in June outside of school holidays the hotel was busy but due to the pool layout it was never hard to find sunbeds and every day we moved around the resort to please the children. The rooms where a good size and the walk in shower was nice and powerful something you don't always get. Although the daily cleaning consisted only of making the beds and changing the towels it appeared. The entertainment team spoke English but not as a first language with it mainly being German spoken. Evening entertainment was in English so was a bit confusing why all day it was German. Kids club was not what I expected or felt comfortable letting my children go. Something i was eager to do before the holiday. There was no set club itinerary or age groups it was simply a drop off and go situation with no set pick up time. How they kept it safe and secure was not obvious and given it appeared everything was in German it wasn't welcoming for English children. Would have been good to see more structure over kids events. All inclusive package - Underwhelming from what I expect from an all inclusive - Food available all day every day, although there was no kids food section like other all inclusive I've stayed in and given the restaurant caters for many nationalities outside of chips nothing is too familiar to British children. Having fussy children this made their mealtimes difficult. Ice cream was served at the waterpark bar between 12-6 but there was not any available for dinner which was a disappointing. If you like meat and chips and a Greek salad you wont be disappointed as long as your happy to cut off more fat than meat from your plate. The video of the resort we watched on YouTube before booking the hotel showed slushies in the all inclusive package so when we arrived and there wasn't any this was a bit of a disappointment for the children. Overall we had a great time at this resort, the choice of pools and waterpark and slides where good for all ages. But if this used to be a 5 star resort it isn't now. Jet2 gave the hotel awards which they show in reception in 2014 and 2015 but nothing since then which perhaps reflects some of the cut back the management have made to the overall service.

Just back from our 10 night stay here, whilst the hotel and water park are gorgeous and so clean the food lets it down. Jet2 rate it a 4 star and the hotel rates self a 5 star however I would say more 3 star. Food was just repetitive I know expect this at all inclusive but not 3 nights In a row. We are at the Asian restaurant and the food was delicious so don’t understand how get so wrong in the Buffet restaurant. The drinks were ok, but feel as if drinking out a beaker with the plastic cups although understand plastic for safety and defo for round pool but when sitting at night it’s not nice to drink out them only time got a glass was when purchased your own drinks. Also one bar man in particular just a rude and questioned how many ppl in our party when went up for drinks, was party of 20 of us and when a couple of us went up to get drinks in for everyone this one particular says only allowed two drinks, my cousin has a family of 6 and was only allowed two drinks then had to wait in queue again for the other ones.. entertainment was shocking best one was our last night magic show with professionals which should be on majority of nights as nothing else to do at night and when you speak loud you get into trouble by the staff however hard not to be loud when so many In your party, felt as if was in prison camp at times. Big shout out to Stavros he was the nicest staff member other than my maid they were so lovely and helpful, management need be more like them. If i could have reached I would have knocked two of the stars that are above the hotel door as more like a 3 star…

The food is atrocious. No labels on anything, no idea what anything is. Salad etc not covered and flies hovering around. On site thai restaurant however is absolutely lovely. Rooms...unless you pay for the poolside they are up steps which you have to bring suitcases down from at the end of the week. However clean and tidy and cleaned daily with a fridge and kettle in the room. Would have been a nice idea to have some sort of map of the area given on arrival. Instead of a welcome pack your asked to log on to the holtel website to find out what and where everything is. Entertainment could do with some attention. The pools were fine and enough sunbeds when we went. Was a very expensive post lockdown holiday and I would not return.
