Never having been to the Caribbean before we chose the Serenity based on past reviews and wondered if it could really be as good as the reviews made out. Simple answer is yes, it really is that good. Located very close to the main international airport we were met by our chauffeur and then met by our personal butler on arrival in the resort. The relatively small number of suites meant that privacy was guaranteed and the uncrowded private beach a short walk away, with its bar ,offered a refreshing alternative. The standard of service was first class, nothing being too much effort for either our private butlers or the restaurant staff. Book a 7 night stay and the romance package is thrown in free of charge. This includes a private chauffeured island tour, evening sunset Catamaran cruise and several other activities. Spotless and pretty, hummingbirds were daily visitors to our private garden. The food was excellent and well presented and if you wanted a simpler alternative then the full facilities of the much larger Coconut Bay resort were also included in our package. It was the small touches that set this resort apart from many others we have stayed in worldwide. Alden and Greg our butlers, Natoya our restaurant manageress were brilliant. We checked out at 11 on our last day but our BA flight was not until 8 that evening. The Serenity made available all its facilities to us for the rest of the day, even providing private showers and changing rooms prior to our transfer to the airport. Faultless luxury-we will definitely be back. A real gem.

We booked through the hotel and they took care of EVERYTHING. From the moment we got to the hotel, we realized it was going to be a great trip. They already knew who we were as we pulled up and they immediately gave us fresh drinks and cool, scented towels. They took us to our suite, which was AMAZING! It looks exactly like the pictures on their website, and it feels like you're coming home every time you get back to your room.

The rooms have an indoor shower, outdoor shower, bathtub, king-sized bed, private plunge pool, hammock, fully stocked wet bar, and outdoor seating. They always had our favorite stuff in our refrigerator, and they would bring us freshly cooked meals any time of day (included with our stay).

I read up on a lot of all-inclusive resorts and the biggest complaint was the food. No complaints here. The food was amazing and there was amazing selection. The Great House restaurant at Serenity was readily available to its guests over anyone else at the resort, and it was professionally prepared, fresh food. We enjoyed every meal, and the staff was so attentive and nice.

The rooms at serenity come with butler services. The butlers are available 24 hours a day via a cell phone, and they make reservations at restaurants, arrange taxi rides, turndown services, and anything else we needed. However, the great service wasn't just from the butlers. Any time we needed something, whoever was around at the time would gladly help. We had waiters that came over and made drinks at the bar if it got busy, or called a taxi if we needed one. The staff would get to know you and would come chat with you if you were out and about. It seemed like they truly enjoyed making our stay fun and enjoyable. We even had some of the landscaping crew that grabbed fresh coconuts and gave them to us while we were relaxing by the pool.

The pool at serenity was only for serenity guests. So, it always had availability, and it had great, comfortable cabanas. There were also cabanas down at the beach only for Serenity guests. It's hard to explain in this review how relaxing and romantic everything was at Serenity. Because it is set aside from the rest of the resort, it gave a really private and romantic feel, but allowed us to go wherever we wanted on the resort. It was the perfect combination of private and adventurous.

We booked
Serenity because we fell in love with the concept of being pampered with Butler service in a private room with a plunge pool. But did they deliver? They hit it out of the park!

The rooms were spacious, and the construction and amenities were top notch. The access to the Butler was form a small phone that was preprogrammed, and response from the group of Butlers was timely and accurate. Corneill took care of most of our requests and was excellent.

The Great House restaurant had good variety and at the first night dinner I commented that this was a $100+ meal. And over 9 days they never disappointed, and included a special night on our Anniversary. Kimberley took care of us with a great smile and service.

All of the staff are friendly and take the time to chat with you, even though they are busy. It gives you a special feeling that you are important to them. The grounds are groomed daily and look beautiful. Having Coconut Bay Resort across the street gave opportunities to shop, stroll through their facility and have a lunch away from Serenity. The beach was cleaned every day form the accumulated seaweed.

We received the Grand Romance package which included a private driver for an island tour. This ended up being a special day for us with Marvin Charles as our chauffeur. Our sunset cruise was pretty much rained out but we had a good time in the cabin chatting with other guests. The Cabana dinner at the pool was another high light with Neil's service. And the day spent in the cabana at the beach was also perfect, with lunch served, and champagne waiting for us.

St. Lucia has very friendly people. It seems like everyone has a smile on their faces, We saw no shanty areas, and the populace are well educated. They took COVID precautions very seriously with sanitizing stations when you entered a store, temperature checks before dinner, and no exploring on you own without a certified guide.

In summary, this was the special occasion trip we were hoping for and we owe Serenity staff a thank you for making it memorable.

I will start by saying, Serenity at Coconut Bay is by far the BEST experience my husband and I have ever had on any vacation. We were celebrating our honeymoon so it was extra special for us. If you could give more than 5 stars I would give a million. The island was beautiful, the hotel couldn’t have been any more perfect, and the weather was amazing. What stood out the most in all of this trip is the staff at Serenity. For our butlers, Nerrissa, Anias, and Quaid. Y’all really knew how to make people feel special and apart of the family of Serenity. You went above and beyond having special treats waiting for us in our room, making us the sweetest certificate after the hardest hike of our lives up the Gros Piton, going out of your way to give us our very own special night in the Cabanna since we missed our night, bringing us fresh picked coconuts, and fresh aloe vera for our sunburns. Anything we needed or wanted you made it happen. Thank you. What also stood out was the night maids and room cleaning staff. They made us feel so important as they took care of everything while we were away so we could come back in from a wonderful day out and feel so at home in our room, even topping it off with sweet notes and animal towels each day from Yanich, Chewem and Rosey! To the OUTSTANDING bartenders, Lee, Kay, and Daisy. Not only did y’all know how to make fantastic drinks but your joyful spirits and fun energy made us want to go to the bar even for conversation and waters!
Now to talk about the food. The Greathouse, which happen to be in our backyard was the best food on the island. We could have a 5 star meal and not have to leave Serenity. We looked forward to eating EVERY meal knowing it was going to be the best service and food around. Like everything else at Serenity, the service from the wonderful staff who waited on us at The Greathouse made it even more memorable! Ginel, Levi, Latoya, Alina and the many more we are forgetting to name. Everyone was so attentive and kind, they loved to make you feel important at every meal.

When you feel like going on adventures across the island Serenity would only send the best people to take you around. We were blessed to have Marvin who had so much happiness and loved showing us the beauty of St. Lucia. He made sure we didn’t miss out on anything!

My husband and I said that you could take this staff from Serenity anywhere on the planet and anything would become successful. The joy and happiness y’all showed each day no matter what task or job you were given was inspiring to us. We are so impressed with the staff and the manager Michael Smith with all the hard work y’all have put into making Serenity the serenity you look for when you get away from everyday life to go on vacation. This will definitely be somewhere we will return.

So trust me when I say that this place will exceeded every expectation and then some. Every night we were there we would look back on the day and were so happy we chose Serenity at Coconut Bay.

I am sitting at home in cold and dreary old Blighty, having been home less than 12 hours and already I want to go back 😫.

What a truly awesome place, from the minute we arrived and were introduced to our butler(s) to the minute we left 9 days later I can truly say I have never experienced customer service like it.
Every want, every need and no request ever being too much lends itself to a truly magical experience at Serenity.
Our room (810), though quite a distance from the main pool area and restaurant, was quiet and more than adequate for our stay, with a living area and pool to die for.
On the most part we ate at the Greathouse for breakfast, lunch and dinner, making full use of the specials on offer or to request our own specials (curry goat, curry chicken and brown stew chicken) happily provided by chef Roy and Alison, ensuring that we never tired of what was on offer.
We ventured to the Jerk Treehouse a couple of times at the Coconut Bay resort and the food there was also delicious.
Access to the beach is via the Coconut Bay resort, no issues here, we ventured over there daily to take a stroll along the beach without any issue, watching the tractor frequently clearing the seaweed.

The romance package was on offer, we had a great excursion to the volcano, waterfall and botanical gardens, along with the sunset voyage in the catamaran.

The staff are truly exceptional and are what make this place so special, my man of the moment has to be Arshan, a truly warm-hearted and endearing young man that will go far in life with his attitude to work with his sparkling personality.
Chard, who always has a smile on his face even when your not looking, Levi who went above and beyond to provide that personal touch for my partner to deliver items not readily available and then introduced us to his mothers cooking 👍.
Patrice who cleaned our room daily and left inspirational notes and towel art that delighted.
I can’t go without mentioning Notoya, Sadie, Linus, Kay, Yannick, Clare, Denise and other members of Denise’s team that are a credit to her.
I could go on and on and will probably bore you to tears, there is so much to tell and brag about where this resort is concerned but don’t take my word for it, try for yourself as you will not be disappointed, can’t wait to return, thank you all at Serenity for the wonderful memories 😍😘

I went to Serenity for 6 days and I was blown away! The pictures do not do justice to the quality of the of my accommodations. I had a private bungalow with a plunge pool, wet bar, sitting area, and hammock. That was just the outside. My room was unbelievable and I was treated like royalty by the staff. Even the common areas were kept clean on a continuum with Delon rounding and making sure you had everything you needed (including cleaning my sunglasses). Every time I walked into the my bungalow it felt like the first time I arrived as Patrice (day) and Vaniah & Betrand (night) kept my room immaculate. We were encouraged by all the staff not to do any work related activities and to relax, which meant we didn't even remove our towels from the beach or pool chairs. It was all taken care off. The restaurant on-site the Great House lives up to it's name with a 5 star menu and the best staff; Jakim, Janelle, Titi, and Lea went out of their way to waited on me even when they were assigned to other areas. My butlers Yannic and Arshan went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. The Manager, Denise, greeted us on our arrival and told us to call her if we needed anything and made her self available at all times. In addition, Denise also met with us at our departure to thank us for coming and hugged me. I cannot tell you how wonderful the people of St. Lucia are and I base this opinion on the experiences that I had at the Serenity Resort at Coconut Bay. In hindsight, I would have stayed longer than six days. The resort is literally 5 minutes from the airport and you barely ever see or hear a plan. The proximity to the airport is a huge plus. An amazing experience I plan to repeat.

Relaxing adults only all inclusive oasis south of St Lucia on the Atlantic side.
You’re picked up by a chauffeur from the airport and transfer time is about 15 minutes.
Upon arrival you’re met by your butler who gives you a mobile phone to use to contact them from anywhere on the island and taken to your terraced bungalow with a plunge pool, outside bar/fridge, outside dining, sunbed and hammock. There is a discreet serving hatch by your gate in case you wanted total privacy.
The room is sumptuous with a four poster, armchair, television, wardrobe and a step up to walk in shower, toilet and a sunken bath with Molton Brown toiletries.
Lovely setting for a relaxing holiday with really nice staff.
You need to go online before arrival to request a couple of spirits you want stocked in your bar which are good branded choices. The fridge is filled with soft drinks, beer and Prosecco.
The communal pool has sun beds in the water for cooling off if you don’t want to swim. There are cabanas by the pool too. The pool bar is open from 10am until very late for alcoholic or non alcoholic cocktails/drinks and the Great House is the centre for all meals if one chooses not to eat in their own garden or room. The menu is small but they have daily specials.
The guest relations is by the pool and they have a water dispenser with different fruits/vegetables on tap and a note explaining the benefits of each ingredient.
The resort is next to The Coconut Bay Hotel which is enormous with lots of restaurants, pools, gym, daily activities which is complimentary to Serenity guests and The Wedding Pavilion hosts yoga sessions early morning looking out onto the sea.
There are beach cabanas for Serenity guests to book for the day and you are taken there in a buggy by your butler. There is a sheltered luxurious swaying bed,a sun deck area, a shower,a cool bag with soft drinks, beers, crémant and a menu to order food. A nice touch was a butler delivered some unexpected snacks before we ordered lunch.
This is a lovely resort with really lovely staff.
However, in my week there I had to go to the bar with an ice bucket daily in the evening to ask for ice and tonic water. The day before I left
I had phone 5 times to ask for tonic water to be put in my fridge. The day I was leaving I ordered my lunch and had to wait 1 1/2 hours for my lunch to be delivered. It was actually a manager who heard me speaking to my friend who had been to the spa that I was still waiting for my lunch that he intervened.
It is a lovely resort but needs a little polish on customer service as it wasn’t a cheap break.

We had a wonderful week at Serenity. Every wish catered to, every need met. Pictures do not due justice to the beauty of this property and the attention to detail every member of the staff provided. Fresh flowers in the room harvested from the grounds were a lovely treat, and housekeeping notes made their care feel very personal (thank you Patrice, Rosey and Garvey!) Our butler, Quade, made everything smooth and when he was not available, Ray and Neil were there to help. I have food allergies and Chef Leo and Sadie and the rest of food and beverage staff always provided options I could eat. Thank you to Kymberly and Tyler, to Esther and the rest of the crew. Serenity Seaside on Wednesday night was one of the most beautiful, romantic settings I have ever been in. Namaste to Vernon, yogi extraordinaire, I already miss greeting the mornings with you. Traveling during this pandemic is a little unnerving, but the resort made every effort to keep things clean and respect all the protocols required by the government and common sense. All the accolades and plaques on the wall in the 'butler house' are well deserved. Thank you for everything.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed concerning the combination of room quality , food quality , service , cleanliness and overall niceness of the staff

The resort is only 5 minutes from the airport , big plus . It is on the Atlantic side so the ocean water is choppy and it is breezy by the ocean but the pool at Serenity is perfect . The resort at coconut bay is 2 different resorts , we did have access to the other resort , went over for breakfast and then dinner at Calabash restaurant which was very nice but really if you didn't want to leave Serenity you did not have to .

We did venture out , we did a sunset cruise , ATV tour thru the jungle and down to a black sand volcanic beach (super fun ) , beach side couples massage , but for the most part just hung at the Serenity side of the resort . There are other activities available dependent on your needs .

Our room ,area was spacious and very private , very clean . Our area was like an oasis . It had a plunge pool , hammock , outdoor shower , The actual room had a large stone walk in shower with rainfall head . Great bed , good tv channel options

only negative , gym could be upgraded , that said who exercises on their vacation ! my wife

The restaurant at Serenity was excellent , not one bad or even average meal , all very well prepared and fresh and tasty .

I can not say anything but superlatives about the staff . Our butlers Gregg ,Alden were very attentive and nice . All the restaurant staff were timely , professional . Noytoya especially stood out . Levi and Kay at the outdoor bar were great .Our housecleaners especially Maryanne and Voniah were excellent . Even one of the groundskeepers , Jonathan went out of his way to give us a great experience

Overall I would highly recommend Serenity at Coconut Bay and we are going to go back .

As we got off the plane and waited in the COVID-19 line for an hour and a half we were ready to get to the resort. We were privately driven to the resort and from the moment we stepped out the experience started with a fresh picked refreshing coconut! From the service to the amenities, this resort for a Honeymoon is hands down amazing. The Serenity portion of the resort was newer and very clean. The food at the Greathouse was incredible and the chef will even cook you anything you want even if its not on the menu. With our Honeymoon package we got plenty of excursions included like a private island and mud bath tour and a sunset catamaran trip. Overall, this resort was well worth it, and will definitely be going back for Anniversaries!

"Going towards the end of August is a bit of a hack because we practically had the resort to ourselves before they close for a month. "
