We stayed at this hotel for a short weekend break. The room we were given was located in the original house and was very comfortable, the bathroom had recently been refurbished to a high standard. The location of the hotel was excellent mid-way between Evesham and Stratford. The only downside was the breakfast service was a little chaotic, there was...

Salford Hall was our wedding venue on 29th August. We booked it moreless 18 months in advance and in the lead up to the wedding we liaised with Emily, Debra and the staff team to ensure the preparations for our 'big day' were perfect. And they were. The day was absolutely amazing and everything that we dreamed it would be....

I booked the Salford Hall Hotel through Living Social, as part of a birthday weekend break for her (eternally youthful) ladyship, which included afternoon tea and tickets to Warwick Castle.. a bargain! We arrived later than anticipated to collect our tickets, which had a knock on effect for our check-in and afternoon tea when returning from Warwick, but the staff...

AVOID - This place is the worst I know locally for customer service. Debra the so called General Manager has the most appalling attitude and I believe she needs to understand what customer service means. She is very rude and arrogant. I certainly wont be giving any further custom to this place. Complained to skylane hotels who manages the franchise...

Having booked the hotel as a deal that included entry to Warwick castle I was very impressed with the standard of the hotel and it's staff. Everyone welcoming and friendly. The hall is beautiful and supposedly haunted but nothing ghostly going on during our stay. Room was comfortable and warm. Afternoon tea was impressive and breakfast was delicious with plenty...

I stayed there with a friend on a Living Social deal. Absolutely beautiful building, supposedly haunted although we didn't see any sadly! The staff were really friendly and very helpful. We stayed in the Coach House, very clean room and a staircase led up to our bathroom. We had afternoon tea in the conservatory and took the chance to look...

Hotel was very charming and old worldly. Staff were very efficient and friendly making the hotel a very comfortable home from home kind of place. Rooms were ok but noisy pipes and plumbing might annoy some people. It's very old so I just accepted it. So the reason for not more stars? Note to menu writer... In 2015 not good...

Having seen this hotel advertising one night stay for family of four plus Warwick castle entry I decided to book. On arrival it was set in lovely grounds and looked quite historic in very romantic way. As our initial room had a problem we were allocated two rooms in the annex with adjoining doors for ourselves and two sons, the...

having just returned from this venue, (we were at a family wedding) the accommodation was lovely, our room was in the old stable block and was comfortable enough for our weekend stay, the breakfast menu was adequate with a reasonable choice for everyone. it was less on the Sunday, whether due to staffing, but one choice only for a cooked...
