Is there free car parking close by? I know Brighton can be a little difficult to park! Allan Morris
Hi Allan We have 4 lanes of parking outside The Claremont. Parking restrictions run from 09:00 - 20:00. The 2 lanes in the middle of Second Ave are pay and display, £5 per 11 hours. The 2 lanes on the outside are resident permit. These are £5 per day and can be purchased from reception. Kind regards Dan

Hello How fair are u from Brighton town centre
