I stayed four nights and it was a normal Turkish Mid range hotel. I arrived without a reservation and they were very helpful. Most of the staff don't speak English. My mattress was very worn, but I wasn't in bed much. They don't have complimentary water. If you want tea or coffee you call room service. The breakfast had more...

Stayed overnight. Good points: Wifi is fast. Lobby and restaurant are clean. Bad points: location was a little shady to me. It was located in some type of small alley. The bathroom was sort of dirty to me. Carpet flooring had stains. Didn't expect much from a 3 star hotel so Im not as disappointed. I wouldn't stay here for...

The view over the city from the restaurant on the top floor is to die for. It's a great view at night. Best thing about the hotel is the restaurant. I would rate this hotel as an average hotel. Breakfast was average. Our room was very clean and WiFi worked. The hotel is very central to the shops.

Overall the room was just not well maintained and not very clean. Next to many small oddities, the mattress was baldy saggy and there was this distinct ashtray smell in my non-smoking room. Sound bad, it was not unbearable, though. It was just another category than the hotel pretends to be in. Thus it just way to expensive. The location...

This clean, pleasant hotel in the centre of the city is just a short walk from the idyllic gardens and Pool of Abrham which tourists head for when they visit Urfa. The breakfast room has a panoramic view of the city, and breakfast is good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We found it perfectly located to view the sights in...

The rooms and service are quite average. The dinner was awful, all the meats were dry and unappetising. It's in the centre of the city where everything is and about 5 mins away from the airport shuttle bus. Their English isn't so good but it's manageable.

I had a booking for 17th May, 2014 via hotels.com, which the hotel denied all knowledge of on my arrival. They also denied even working with hotels.com (an obvious lie, although the Kilim may be removed from the hotels.com website following this incident). Since this was a holiday weekend, and the hotel was full, I am guessing this is a...

It was ok place for one night stay... decent room with bathroom that need some better care and renovation... breakfast buffet was ok but not so good compared to all other hotels we stay in Turkey this summer... all in all -...

This is really a bad hotel. The lifts don't work, the food is really average and the staff just don't care. Our room was unpainted and covered in a layer of dust. The bathroom floor and shower were really grotty, and the bathmat hadn't been changed for possibly weeks. We complained and they offered us another room but it was...

We paid for a tour Glimpses of the East operated by Neon tours. From Goreme for the final 3 days we were taken by CEM tours. Final night wasn't in the hotel started in our itinerary but was the Kilim Otel at Sanliurfa. Had 2 lifts but neither working, building rubbish lying everywhere, dusty furniture and bedding. All rooms were...
