A great historical place to stay. There are 2 restaurants, on ewith a michellin star and a brasserie. We only eat at the brasserie and the food was splendid! Watch the cooks prepare your food. The staff is very well trained for the job. They help where ever they can. There is a nice garden and you can make a...

We arrived a few days before, for a family wedding. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our "patio" room (annex) was roomy with desk, king bed, shower/bath, mini-fridge and large hanging space. The old building was beautiful with interesting wooden architecture, patio, lake and beautiful grounds with paths for walking, one leading into the National Park Zuid-Kennemerland. The breakfast was rather...

Nice and service-oriented staff. Large spacious room with a minibar in the castle environment. The buffet breakfast contained everything you could wish for and everything tasted quite imaginative. We ate dinner several evenings. The dinners were beyond expectation which meant we ate all the dinners except one here during our stay in Holland. We highly recommend this place if you...

The matras of our bed was too soft, they changed it the next day. The staff is very friendly, and do all they can to please us, even if they are fully booked and that a wedding is taking place. The location is very good, close to the dunes and to the see. Food is delicious

There are great opportunities for outdoor activities such as cycling or simply enjoy long peaceful walks in beautiful landscapes of sand dunes, heath and pine forests, and cap the...

Taxi is expensive and my ride from Airport was an unbelievable 101 euros.... same journey £40 max in U.K. Wow. It's a lovely place so would go back but it's...

Nearest Castle Hotel from Amsterdam City Center. 80 Euros for taxi from Amsterdam. 75-80 Euros to the Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (25-30km). Food was delicious. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Room was clean & everything was there. Bed was so comfortable. Very quiet & calm. Nice location. But a bit expensive & no places to eat nearby.

We spent some days with our two children to take some days off. It is not our first visit and it will not be our last as we always feel at home. Staff was very friendly, helpful and supportive and we enjoyed every minute. Thank you for making our short vacation so special.
