Hotel is terrible - I have only experience with reservation and reception department. I've booked it via internet. The cancellation was impossible. I came, but the hotel cancel my reservation without any information and without any right to do it. I asked for any explanation and some contact with General Manager but nobody has the courage to do it and...

Away from the centre of Arnhem, this is an unassuming hotel that is clean and well presented. Nothing spectacular. But oh the evening meals. I was there on business and at night, having such good quality, hearty yet very well prepared food goes some way to compensate being away from home. The breakfasts are standard fare, but just go through...

It was a pleasure for us to stay in this hotel. Very much a home away from home. Rooms are very clean and modern and very spacious. Breakfast was ample and plenty of choices. Staff were just brilliant in every aspect and are very welcoming! Definitely another hotel in Arnhem worth another visit for us and would definitely recommend.

We stayed at this hotel as a four day coach trip operated by National Holidays, so we had three nights dinner bed and breakfast at the one hotel. From entering to leaving all the staff are friendly and have a good sense of humour and were all pleasant right through the stay, the room was exceptionally clean and tidy, as...

I must have stayed here 4 or 5 times now in the last few years when visiting a local business. Food is freshly prepared and tasty, rooms basic but with comfortable beds. Shower could do with a bit more pressure but otherwise fine. Typical continental breakfast, which is perfectly adequate. The staff have always been friendly and welcoming - which...

I stayed here for one night on a business trip, to try an alternative to the Valk hotel nearby. It's more motel than hotel, but the bar area is nice, the staff are very friendly, good service, food is OK. The rooms are a little basic and the bathroom quite small but this is not a problem for a short...

I stayed in this hotel when I was working for a company 5 minutes walk away. Rooms The rooms are very clean and warm (when it occurred to me to switch the thermostat up) and the single beds are not too bad. The shower needed more water pleasure but it was a wet-room shower so this might be a precaution...

What a surprise, arrived here after a really long day travelling from the Shetland Isles to a very warm welcome. The people here are so friendly and can't do enough to help you. The hotel is a bit out of the way but it is well worth the extra few miles from Arnhem. The hotel itself is clean and the...
