John from Gloucester's review is very accurate. This hotel is just stunning. The architecture is beautiful; it is an old convent and was once the court of the Kings of Castille and León during the middle ages and was rebuilt in the 16th century. You...More

This hotel is superbly situated in part of the former monastery of San Zoilo. Hotel guests can visit the monastery and cloister for free and that’s well worth doing. The old buildings, run independently of the hotel, I believe, are well maintained and full of...More

I stayed here one night during my walk on the El Camino de Santiago. The hotel is excellent. The room was well-appointed and the hotel staff was very helpful. Dinner in the restaurant as well as breakfast were also excellent.
