Thank you for your review and for the positive information on my hotel. I’m concerned to hear about the incident in one of our restaurants and would like to offer my assistance. Please email me on Jonay.email@example.com to discuss further.
We chose this holiday because we wanted to have some winter sun and to be in a nice location. When booking we didn't realize that this is a holiday village and caters mainly for families with young children. Being a couple in our fifties we...More

We have just got back...wish we were still there! The weather was pretty good. Ranged from 18-23C. The mornings and evenings were cooler and our girls wore something like leggings, t-shirt & cardigans at those times. The days they spent in swimming costumes, unless we went out somewhere. Even if it was a nice warm day, I still took a layer for them to put on in case the wind picked up. Everything appeared to be up and running, the pools were cold but I was expecting them to be. Enjoy your stay!
