My husband and I were in Castello di Bibbione for one night. We booked just one night with an option to extend in case we like it. The castel and the surrounding is beautiful and the view is great but we felt like it was over priced and it was nothing special and therefore didn't stay longer. The house we...

I proposed to my girlfriend here, it was the most romantic, peaceful and beautiful setting. The apartments themselves are beautifully furnished with authentic antique furniture. The grounds are well kept and so full of nature that you just feel instantly relaxed. It is a pretty big estate so even if you don't want to see other people you can find...

The location is ideal if you want to explore the FI-SI (Firenze-Siena) corridor and want to be away from the tourist centres and be able to walk in the country. About a 3 minute drive down to pick up the fast road into Florence or Siena, this is a restored medieval castle and grounds from which a quiet walk on...

Castello di Bibbione is a place we always stay in for at least a week when we go to Italy. We adore the setting - on the ridge overlooking a beautiful river valley, a beautiful pool and grounds to read, relax and bliss out in, carefully decorated apartments that are of generous proportions and helpful staff. The nearby town (San...

My partner and I stayed at Castello di Bibbione and were generally happy with our stay. The accommodation is set in a beautiful Tuscan surrounding - the views and the atmosphere are marvellous (we were in awe each morning). The service was lovely and the reception staff were very helpful. We punctured our car tyre and were offered assistance fitting...

Stunning setting and friendly staff made our five-day stay at this historic Italian Castle the highlight of our European Adventure. Once owned by Niccolo Machiavelli (who apparently gets a bum rap!). While there we took advantage of both the spa services and castle tour/wine tasting, to our great delight. If you go, ask to see the private chapel. It is...

My wife and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon. The place was beautiful and we received a very nice upgrade. The staff was friendly and food was good. The only reason why this isn't a 4 or higher rating is that our place did not have air conditioning. I realize that much of Europe in general does not,...

We were guests here for a friend's wedding. They rented out the apartments and the castle for their wedding for one week. It was perfect to have this as our "home base" as we traveled throughout Italy. It's a quick train ride up to Venice, or a quick train ride down to Rome. Right in the middle! A lot of...

We had our wedding reception at Castello di Bibbione and the majority of our guests and my now husband and I stayed on the grounds for 3 days. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The rooms are rustic, well kept and have a wonderful ambiance. The villa is a great place to stay for a large group...
