Do yourself a favour and spend at least a night in this magical place. The location is picturesque, the room was large, well appointed, clean and comfortable. There is plenty to do from walking the beautiful countryside to touring the on site winery. Take some time to sit under the Tuscan sun especially at sunset. There are beautiful gardens to...

This is an amazing place to stay with magnificent views of Tuscany. We stayed there for 2 nights and will happily come back. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is very good and the staff is very professional. You can't have a better place to enjoy Tuscany

Location - Tuscany ( says it all ) Hotel - a little castle between the hills of the Tuscany , in a quiet location. Room - very warm during night but a beautiful room with a good view ( note. We stayed in Begonia room ) Beautiful place, great staff and we felt welcomed every step of the way.

Can't recommend this place enough. Firstly. Amazing old castle and really beautiful rooms. Functional and nice bathroom, shower and bed. Big also with nice high ceilings. Beautiful grounds to explore - horses and ponies running around. Was quite beautiful. Amazing staff and fantastic restaurant on site. What more could you want for a stay in Tuscany. Location was close to...

What a gorgeous property. So lovely to stay in such a well preserved castle. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We did the wine tasting made from wines on their property, very nice. We went to a nearby restaurant as theirs was closed in winter. The castle doesn't disappoint. A beautiful sitting room with fireplace and drinks. Lovely buffet breakfast....

Great setting for the family. Despite its winter kids enjoyed the hot tub and even pool (although was 9 degrees). Nice breakfast, great ambiance. We unfortunately didn't allow for much time to explore the property, use bikes etc. A definite recommendation for a Tuscan vacation !!

This hotel is simply lovely - my husband and I stayed here for 3 nights of our honeymoon and absolutely adored it. The property is spectacularly beautiful and the hotel itself is charming and comfortable. We stayed in one of the large suites and couldn't have been happier with it - it was spacious (with two bathrooms), had a terrific...

I stayed at Castello di Gabbiano during two nights with my husband to celebrate our honeymoon and my biggest disappointment was that I didn't book it for more days. It's a unique experience to stay in a 12 century castle in the middle of the beautiful Tuscany. They have only 11 rooms and the decoration is still very medieval. The...

We stayed two nights with our two children (6 and 1). As most of the guest are wine loving couples, we were positively surprised that - There were no extra charges for an extra bed for our 5 years old and for a baby cot - In the hotel restaurant for breakfast and in the restaurant next to the hotel,...

We went to Castello di Gabbiano for wine tasting since this we drink this Chianti at home in the USA. The person there provided a lot of information about each wine and the requirement to have wine certified as DOCG. We tasted their top 4 wines for 5 Euro each. The amount provided for each tasting is very small. As...
