We spent a nice day in a remote part of Tuscany with Nonna and her able staff. This was a phenomenal experience! Valeria and Nonna were exceptional hosts and we learned so much. The ingredients were fresh, the instruction was patient and thorough and the food delicious! The grounds are lovely and the home charming. Would go back in a heart beat!

We stayed in the apartment at the restaurant and not only ate at the restaurant but also took a cooking class. The only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars was the pillows! It sounds silly but they were like two flat rocks...miserable! The food and staff were warm and friendly. The cooking class was well worth the money and...
