It’s a huge 4 stars complex location, not nice to see from outside (all concrete), but well hidden in the forests, providing a lot of services. Pluses: food, location for skiers, views, covered parking spaces, mini fridge in rooms. Minuses: no Wi-Fi in rooms, access in designated areas slow frequently resulting in getting disconnected; poor shower water pressure, poor lighting in rooms - lots of bulbs but not enough light to read, loud entertainment in lobby, only Italian programs on TV. We have been there twice (2012 and 2013). This hotel has a perfect localisation just at the ski lift. If you aim to spend lots of time on skiing you will not find a better place to go.
