Our stay at Casa Palmieri was wonderful. Maria was very welcoming and provided us with lots of local information. The apartment we stayed in was brand new, and the bed was incredibly comfy. Breakfast was great and the property is perfectly located to explore the beautiful town of Monopoli and further afield. Would definitely go back again in the future....

We stayed 5 nights,on arrival we were upgraded to their new self contained apartments called Dimora Palmieri. There are 3 apartments in a newly restored house in the old town . The owner Maria is extremely helpful with any request & keeps her rooms perfectly clean. There is a roof terrace with clothes line, tables and a small cooker.

Room was in old town of Monopoli, and Maria contacted us prior to arrival to advise on parking etc. Her welcome was incredibly warm and informative, and we were given info on area and offered food and water etc. Room itself was very comfy and spacious. Breakfast was served on the terrace with sea views and was very tasty and...

Casa Palmieri is a traditionally beautiful Italian B&B with a fantastic owner, Maria. I've stayed here twice now, once in 2014 and then again in 2015. The rooms are wonderful, with stone walls and traditional features. The ensuites are incredibly clean and fresh towels are replenished everyday. Breakfast is filled with fresh fruit, biscotti, cakes, and homemade cappuccinos. Fantastico! Maria...

My Girlfriend and I stayed at Casa Palmieri for five days in June 2014, and it was such a fantastic holiday we just had to book it again this year, this time we stayed for 8 days. The setting, right in the centre on Monopoli's old town is simply idyllic and very rustic Italian. It is everything an ancient fishing...

We spent two nights at the Casa Palmieri with a great welcome from Maria who called to make sure she could meet us , help us park and guide us to her home. She was full of passion for Monopoli and gave great tips on restaurants and places to visit . Breakfast was homemade breads, cakes and jams with fresh...

In terms of staying in Monopoli, this was a good choice in that it was right in the old city. Monopoli itself doesn't feel like a real tourist city compared to many other places where we stayed. The good part of that is enjoying the character of the city and few tourist shops. The not so good part is that...

We stayted here last year and among all my experiences in Italy, it was the best. The building is in the very heart of the historical part of the city, the building was renovated not so long ago, the room looked really good, and the bathroom as well. Rooms are not so big, that's true, but they were cleaned every...

“Having a room with a balcony is especially nice. The location is excellent for Monopoli. I don't consider Monopoli itself to be an ideal location for US tourists.”
