We stayed here to ease the process of travelling to and from the restaurant. Our room was on the second floor, a bit of a slog up 2 narrow flights of stairs. A large room, with a very good en-suite shower/bath/wash-basin and a separate EC, a bit on the small side but adequate. Perfect for a one-night stop. Breakfast was...

I think you one stays here for the food. The Michelin listed restaurant serves very good food indeed for very reasonable prices, and is well worth the visit. The hotel rooms themselves are pretty ordinary, and the hotel itself is way too far from the town centre to walk. Largish rooms, but old and tired with not a lot of...

Hello, Many thanks for your message, and the comments. We note all that, but I am surprised you say my staff is not friendly. I would like to know what happened with them? With my best regards and I hope you had good vacancies in France.

We stayed here for a second time on our way to the Côte d'Azur. Decent and clean place with large, two bedroom family room. We didn't have dinner here this year, because last year it was disappointing. For adults the menu is great and the wine list is excellent, but for kids it was slim pickings. Steak or mackerel for...

Hello, Many thanks for your message. We know that with the exceptional temperature this year, it is difficult. But we can not do anything. We support also. I am surprised you say we serve just a steack as it is not a steak but a'charolais' filet de boeuf, and the fish is fresh and it is not a mackerel fillet,...

We needed accomodation for 3 families (14 people) as a one night stop over on the way to our Skiing holiday in the Alps - we found this hotel on-line and are glad that we did as it turned out to fit the bill very well. In the week before our trip the hotel called us to ask if the...

This hotel does not look much on the outside, but inside, its great. Interesting motif of travelling cases in the bar/lounge; a restaurant with a closed in terrace overlooking the river and very tasty food ( try the Cote d'Agneau!). Comfortable and clean rooms, very friendly staff. I'd gladly go there again.

We stayed one night on pre booked cycling tour. It seemed closed and unwelcoming. However breakfast was nice and a surprise to see an attractive lounge and dining area. We had not been shown these when we arrived. Impossible to sleep due to traffic noise. A shame because otherwise it had potential. We got the impression that staff did not...
