Recently we stayed here with kids.. Good part of it - honestly nothing to say great about anything, we regret for our choice. Bad part of it - 1. Room not so clean, some kind of smell, ants in the room. 2. Food is super expensive, that too no at all tasty, they only intended to make money from the guests. 3. Located in a place where you can't go out after 6pm ( we felt very insecure) Strongly recommend not to choose this for your stay.

We stayed here in this location from 25th Nov to 27th Nov 20 (3 days / 2 nights). When we reached the property we found Namastey Sanjeeveni is very poorly maintained and see cats / dogs /kittens are easily roaming in the property and one time one kitten came and sat under our Bed also. Only positive with the property is location of property close to Kudle beach and staff was polite to respond to your needs, rest nothing was good we found paid Rs. 5000/per night but not worth. The sanitization and cleanliness was also a big issue. We saw cockroaches, spiders in the room and had to call help for multiple cleanliness and then TV was installed to show but nothing to show and was working - even the staff could not start it. Food is also an issue if you are with family. Nothing is available and it becomes highly dark in the night to go. Management of Namastey Sanjeevini can really improve the property but at the moment it is very poorly maintained. Not recommended.

I visited the place in Feb 2029. The resort has cottages spread over the property and the property is full of different types of trees and shrubs. It gives a feeling as if you are living in a jungle. The beach is about 5 minutes downhill walk. The route is a bit dark in night at few places. Food is good. Rooms are clean.

As I'm a nature lover, choose this resort to stay seeing the pictures in the website. My stay didn't disappointed me at all. I stayed for a couple of days there, felt a stay right middle of the nature itself. I fever definitely suggest this resort for my like solo riders. Stay calm...Natur Peaceful.. Live in Nature..

Nice, polite staff... Couple friendly place.. well maintained rooms, swimming pool and surrounding. Hotel is not by the sea level, and the only disadvantage. But the stay was very close to the nature.

We visited in rainy season and had a lot of moths in the bathroom. But the location overseas the Kudle beach and is good. There are very few options of hotels / cottages there. There is no reception and also no room service. It’s almost like a homestay than a cottage.

Resort location is a good walkable distance from city heart. Auto stand available nearby .Swimming pool is fantastic and rooms are clean but with a damp smell. They arrange two wheelers immediately and allow early check inHospitality is good otherwise Overall it's only an average resort. It's lush green but isn't maintained well . No room service for food or for basic house keeping.biggest disappointment is lack of availability of beach as mentioned in trip advisor amenities.they must rename it as beach view. The nearby kudle beach area which is around 300 m is also inaccessible because drainage flows through the area.

We were on a holiday in May. The initial room shown to us was one in a '1980s' type building (building with 2 floors & no lift). We were a bit shocked because it wasn't "resort-like" at all & asked them to check our preference specifics. Finally got a better cottagey room. Nice clean place. Close to the beach. Our balcony had a great view of the Kudle beach. A few additions though, would help guests enjoy their stay better: 1. There's no telephone in the room. This becomes tricky while requesting for anything. One has to walk all the way to the reception. 2. The water supply needs to be checked -switching on motor, etc. The 3 days we were there, the water ran out twice everyday. 3. No hairdryer in the room - Since this is a beach resort & has a great pool, one ends up with wet hair almost all the time! 4. The restaurant menu is very limited. The waiters too look rather depressed! But it's a great pool & a great beach, so I'd give it 4 stars.

Availability of Food should be Highlighted coz Good Food in Most of Gokarna is Hard to come by!!! So if you are staying here, its also probably the Best place for a Meal. The Pool is well maintained and the Property is just a 10 minute walk to Kudle Beach.

Hotel location is awesome. Its in the mid of forest. Very neat and clean. Swimming pool area is big and very clean. Hospitality is also good. Staff is very cooperative. It is very near to kudle beach. Only 300 mtr. I am a north Indian so we did not find the taste in food. They do not have intercom but they provide room service over mobile. May be not suitable for people having problem in walking as its on hill so we need to climb up and down for going from one place to other like reception to room or swimming pool. We enjoyed the trip and I recommend this hotel.
