Feces stains on sheets and no hot water. Dark and very dated. Checkin was a nightmare. Worst experience in more than a decade and I am well traveled. Dirty pest infested rooms . Linen and towels dirty . No staff support . Not working ac and fans. This place is a mess and If you want to have a good trip avoid this. They have only good pics on net but you will be disappointed once you reach the place .

This is the worst hotel that anyone can book. We got it at a discounted rate but the hotel was not worth even a single rupee. It was dirty. We had to call reception 13 times to get linen changed. No one picks calls at reception. There is no landline phone.Only phone numbers are shared. Food was disgusting. It seems they use materials from over a month old making the food a health hazard also. The pool was so dirty that we could not dip even-a single foot in it. There were continuous power cuts all through the night. We could not sleep the whole night. Overall this resort is not worth staying.

It is a joke. Please do not get cheated by pics in website. Their deluxe rooms are worse than oyo rooms. This is not recommended at all. They charge 5 star rate and gave us really bad rooms. Not recommended for family for sure. Bathroom, linens are all over used and dirty

1. Poor maintenance. Don't go by the fancy pictures 2. No hot water at all! They say leave 2 buckets of cold water and after that you will get hot water. Not only do you end up wasting copious amounts of water but also end up not getting hot water. 3. Torn bedsheets, stained pillows, TV doesn't work, and the list goes on. 4. Staff is just not bothered about people staying there at all. But for a few people at reception and restaurants, all others just don't give a darn about customer service. 5. For the price they quote the hotel cottage/room is completely worthless. 6. Smelly toilets! Like untidy and repeated requests to clean them were ignored.

Cons: Service: they have pathetic service, room staff dont understand Hindi/English properly. It takes so much time to explain what actually you want. When I reached Hotel, though i already had a booking and full amount was paid but I was asked to wait for more than 30 min as they were not able to find all details and later said that you need to pay pending 3000 Rupess, even though I paid everything already. I asked we can discuss after check-in as we were tired and had my aged mother and finally they allowed us to check in. At dinner table, when we gave order it took them for 45 minutes to serve, as it was like they started cooking when we gave order. Within washroom waterflow was not good and I had to call the room service. I must say please choose a better option if you can. Pros: Room was spacious and dinner was tasty. …

This place does not live upto the expectations and is just an average property. We had to shift to another resort from here. Although the staff is doing a great job but the management is not taking note and not maintaining the place at all. The positives:- Decent swimming pool Spacious rooms Located on the main road Near vicinity of Om & Kudle Beach The negatives:- Rooms in bad state No wifi range in rooms Curtain rods bent, switch boards broken, lights not working Breakfast buffet having only 2/3 options Paper cups for Tea, Coffee, Milk Poor quality toiletries Glasses not clean TV and Set top box wires hanging Unclean linen and towels

I am staying with my family wife n 2 kids today 14 Aug 22. The AC is not working, 4 technicians in room but u know .. TV is not present in the room. The wall is so damp that water is dripping from the walls. Can I give zero rating.

My Stay period at sanskruti resorts, gokarna was from 16th May to 18th May 2022. My stay was wonderful. The reception female staff were quite courteous. The manager Mr. Jeevan was quite helpful,he guided me through my entire booking process , local travel transport arrangements and until checkout. Rooms are clean , spacious and pool facing. Intercom, slight interior repairs, stabilized power backup are needed which are OK and can be ignored when you go for a leisure and relaxing. Breakfast , Dinner is Buffet , Lunch is ala carte . Food quality is nice. Wifi quality needs to be improved. Spa is at reasonable rates. Games Zone available . Kudle Beach from the resort is nearly 3-4 Kms , OM Beach from the resort is nearly 4-5 Kms , Gokarna Main beach from the resort is nearly 2 Kms . You need to take Auto for it which charges you 200 for one way. Ensure you take the auto drivers number for your return journey as many autos waiting there are prebooked, hence return journey by walking is not a easy task at night between the forest. Overall the experience was fantastic. Will surely stay again and recommend others also to stay. I would rate it 9 out 10.…

Stayed with the family in the resort which is nicely located in a hill. Wrote a mail to the General manager requesting early check in but till today no response but the staff managed to give us one room early.. the resort is nice but need some maintenance in some place. I want to recognize Jevan Gowda the resort manager who was very helpful during our stay and also helped us with some issue in the room. He is really a asset to your hotel. He even promoted their other hotels in Goa which I was unaware of. My wife had a Abhyanga ayurvedic massage and the spa manager Shiva gave us a good deal and Rupa the massage Therapist was very nice. The food was excellent and reasonable. Again thank you Jevan Gowda and we will be back just because of you.
