Gokarna was the level 2 of our post lockdown trip. We were on a road trip from Pune to Goa and now from Goa to Gokarna. After an exhausting search, we finalized to stay in this property. Gokarna is a beautiful place, it’s an admixture of hills, forests, river and sea!!! The road the took us to our hotel is amidst forest area, very close to the Kudle beach. The hotel provides parking options and the staffs wear masks , most of the time. Sanitizer is available in the reception but not in the room or in the lift area. We were first given room no 206, but soon we entered the room, we could feel the smell of cigarette in the room. So, on our request, we were shifted to the next room - 205. There wasn’t much of a view from the room and you have to climb a lot of stairs to reach the room- which is one of the important negative points we observed. The lift is really very small, if you are claustrophobic, better avoid it. WiFi connectivity needs to be improved and what’s the point of giving a daily code for it, I didn’t get it!!!
The intercom had some issues and every time , I tried to make a call, I have to do s lot of manipulation with the receiver. The AC was directly facing the bed, making you to shift from ‘on’ and ‘off’ on regular basis.
The food is good and not that costly. Remember, there is no other option to have a dinner / lunch, unless you want to drive quite a long. The buffet breakfast was good. It costed 250 Rs/ person but worthwhile.
The bell boys and waiters are all humble and they respond to all your calls. There is a great view of the beach from the dining space, the yoga space and also from the suites- I think. The kuddle beach is around 10 mins walk, again through a small patch of forest and stair cases. But once you reach the beach, you will feel like heaven. And the view of the hotel from the Kudle beach is also nice, specially in the evening, when there is low tide and you can go more into the sea bed.
Our stay was nice, but there are many spots in the hotel, that could be improved.

The property is easily accessible from Gokarna's main bus stop (1.8km walk). The view from the dining area is majestic. Most of the rooms have similar views. The room and washroom were very clean. There was no insect problem (I went there during full monsoon season). The staffs were very cordial. They do regular cleaning. Even the common reception area washrooms were cleaner than the private attached washrooms of many other properties (I used the common washroom while waiting for check-in). The Indian food we ordered was very reasonably priced (similar to other popular cafes in Gokarna). At first, we thought the price would be high in this luxurious resort. But on the contrary, the food was competitively priced, yet I found quality and quantity to be superior. I will definitely visit again. And recommend others to visit.
PS: When I talk about good food, I talk about Indian food only. Don't order Chinese. I had ordered chicken fried rice once, and it was a supremely inferior version of Chicken Pulao 😛. I corrected my mistake, and ordered Indian only next time onwards, and never regretted.

I visited with five of my friends for a 3N/4D stay. The experience was very pleasant and these are the broad reasons why:
Hospitality The staff is extremely courteous, polite and accomodating of the many requests we made. They made our stay truly comfortable.
Rooms We had booked both the dolphin suites and it was worth it! The rooms have an attached mini pool which is perfect if you are with friends and would like some privacy and music of your choice. It's also great as it screens you from the sunlight which can be quite harsh during the day. There were complimentary snacks, cold drinks in the room as well. The bathroom is clean, spacious and well designed. We ran into trouble with our ACs but the staff had them fixed in no time.
Food With the dolphin suites, we had complimentary breakfast and dinner. We had enough options for both meals and the dietary requests for Jain food for one of my friends were also considered. The food is overall well prepared and is reasonably priced.
Location Wow. We couldn't bring ourselves to leave the dining area on most days. It was a clear view to the Kudle beach which looks like a cute cove from the hotel. It's a 10 min hike down to the beach, so if everyone in the group is fit, the beach is at an accessible distance. The location is also very close to the auto stand, so in case you wanted to sight see, you'd be able to with a 2 min walk.
Other Spaces We couldn't try the Spa services while we were there but there is a great, relaxing space designed for doing Yoga or any other kind of exercise in the premises where we lounged and hung out. We also didn't try the pool as we had the 🐬 suites but it looked very inviting.
If I ever visit Gokarna again, I will make sure I book this place.

I have stayed in properties that are way more expensive than Kudle Beach View Resort & Spa but the kind of hospitality received at this property is beyond words. They are excellent. The suite room is value for every penny paid. They have everything to feel at home. An induction, a microwave, a toaster, utensils, wine glasses and wine too. They have noodles too, if you want to prepare. The toiletries too are a vast list of everything you may need. This luxury room has the best of amenities you would want along with complete privacy. The in room snacks and mini bar beverages and alcohol is included in the tariff and is refilled everyday. There is utmost cleanliness and hygiene and the rooms are modern in every aspect. At the time of check-out they gave a 1L water bottle along with the bill. The cost is hardly 20/- but the gesture was so thoughtful and heart touching. Loved this. Also, when they had full occupancy, the dinner was also offered as complimentary though we had only the breakfast included in our plan. They pampered us to the core that we never felt like leaving their property after 5 days of a wonderful, memorable stay. The food is also good and the service is phenomenally fast. They are very kind to the guests and I can keep on writing good about the staff and the property, I loved it that much. I had to extend my stay for a day but unfortunately this property was sold out so I had to move in to a nearby nature resort which also has a suite room just till the name but nothing in comparison. Kudle beach view is one of the best place to stay for family and for couples and the beach view that you get from their balcony is something you can never forget. Thank you so much Kudle Beach View and it's team for this memorable and wonderful experience. Lastly, the spa experience was lovely too and also very reasonable in comparison to other properties.

This place is right on top of the Kudle beach - 500m walking to the beach. Nice rooms, good staff and excellent views if you choose the right rooms. Go for rooms 104 or 106 for best views of the beach and garden, 103 and 105 for second best view of the beach. Rooms 101 and 102 don;t have a great view to the beach as there are no balconies in those rooms, but you get swimming pools inside the room. So take your pick. Food is average - but edible. Nice breakfast spread of south Indian and north Indian food, omelette and chicken sausages/nuggets. They give complementary beer/breezer/local wine, cold drinks, egg and bread in the room, an added attraction.

Stayed in club suite which gives breathtaking Kudle beach view from room balcony. Neat and clean room with kitchen space. Room can accommodate 3-4 family members very comfortably. Per our request hotel staff provided a single cot bed. Lots of activities inside the resort itself. Walk around as the property is quiet big. Play Badminton or carrom if you don't wish to spend time outside the resort and just relax. Kudle beach is 10-15mins walk from hotel. Food is delicious. Dining area hall gives wonderful view of Kudle beach. We didn't feel like eating anywhere else because of the good food quality and amazing view. Complimentary breakfast has variety of options to choose. We were very much impressed by the precautionary measures takes by hotel staff during this Covid times. Everyone wore mask including us when ever we stepped outside of the room. Even though mask is not required due to good hygiene, sanitization and no Covid +ve cases reported in Gokarna from past few weeks but everyone took extra precautions which was really appreciated. Hotel staff is always very joyful and anytime available to provide all the service. Would highly recommend this hotel for leisure stay in Gorkarna. Definitely going to stay in the same hotel and room on my next trip to Gokarna. Once again thank you Kudle beach view resort staff for making our stay memorable. Keep up the good Services 🙂🙏

The resort is strategically located to have a nice top view of the Kudle beach. The entire place is surrounded with lush greenery. Beach is just 5-7 mins walk, but mind you it's no cake walk towards the end. There is a beautiful hiking place along the meadows, just 5 mins walk from the resort and you have the entire sea view from the top and was the highlight of our visit. We stayed in the sea view deluxe room and it was quite spacious with all the necessary amenities including complementary snacks like chips etc. It had a nice but distant view of the Kudle beach from the balcony. The stuff is courteous and polite. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking. Breakfast had both continental and Indian variety, though it could have been a bit better. But I don't wanna complain , the exotic view balances everything else out. However, there are a few tiny scope of improvements. 1. The walls, stairs and the exteriors have become old and they need maintenance. They look a bit filthy on the first look. 2. Our room was not thoroughly cleaned and we had to call housekeeping and ask them to clean again. 3. The plastic chairs kept in the balcony can be replaced with better quality chairs and coffee table which will go a long way to make the view and experience more premium. 4. The restaurant really needs to keep filter coffee, that's the essence of Karnataka after all. All in all, had a great experience, loved the stay, and without a doubt ,one of the best places to plan a vacation.

Initially booked Garden View rooms from their online website and later changed mind to upgrade to deluxe (since they were also available) however since the booking was already completed, called up the reception and they were kind enough to accommodate the request and mentioned that the request is taken care of and the difference in booking amount could be paid upon arrival at the resort. Truly appreciate this gesture.
Coming to the resort amenities and location : PROS: Kudle beach is just about 10-15minutes walk from the resort.
The deluxe suite was well maintained and their room service was very prompt
Their Breakfast spread is AMAZING. The number of dishes they serve each morning and the variety is just too good to suite to everyone's palette!
The Spa is also good. Got a relaxation massage, and the service was worth the money.
They have a decent game room setting with snooker, TT, foosball, keyboard, carrom
Their toiletry supplies are well thought of to include mini shaving kit as well which comes in handy.
CONS: The road leading to this resort (last 1km stretch) is extremely bad and is getting worse. It undoubtedly can be considered for repair to make the journey for the visitors less cumbersome.
Their gesture to provide a complimentary water bottle upon checkout is thoughtful. Would recommend staying here.

Yes adults and kids can use the swimming pool at the same time. As for swimming in the sea, there are patrols manning the beach and prevent adults and children from sea bathing. Too dangerous.

Beach 500meter ago . It’s not private beach . Public beach . Old age or kids you can book club suite and dolphin suite room so we have elevator. . Room are not closest to the beach . We are on cliffs.
There are more places to choose from in the Gokarna area.
