If travelling by your own car, think twice before parking your vehicle in there. The place is full of puncture friendly objects and their staff won't take the responsibility. My car's tyre gut bursted on their parking space due to a lying iron object that was hard to locate on the road and found few more such objects on the very next day on near by places in parking road. Not to forget I had to change the tyre on my own late in the night without their little support. If you think you can talk to the owner to highlight anything, no way. That guy sits in some corner of Africa and only reachable by message and talks utter non sense in a better way. They charge quite heavily for no such extra benifits, not even a complimentary breakfast. Rooms are not that clean. You would smell alcohol on the glasses and cups they serve that they claim has been served cleanly. Worst ever experience.…

If possible I would have given 0 star for the services offered and the damages done while in the property premise. They don't have proper parking facility. No Security guard and no lights at the parking area. My car tyre got destroyed as one iron rod was lying in the parking area in the evening time. It was dark and no person was there to guide us. Nobody from resort even had the courtesy to help us in changing the tyre. We contacted the owner who sits in Africa, he did not have the guts to talk to us. He messaged us saying it is our fault and gave the statement "Looks like we found out the iron rod rather than the rod being at the wrong place". This sounded like as if we wanted to intentionally destroy our car. He did not have the courtesy to agree of their mistakes. If parking is at owner's risk then as a resort owner its their responsibility to put lights and have one security guard to guide people. Attached the response of my conversations with the owner. Beds were dirty and washrooms were not clean. After paying 29k for a 2 day stay(7 people) without any food offerings(No breakfast/lunch) I feel we are cheated. Worst experience.…

A property with just basic needs fulfilled , not even a guest house category place. The rooms are large but the maintenance and hygiene standards are low, being short of staff the services are as slow as they can get. Not having a restaurant area the breakfast is served in a stingy small closed hall without any ventilation. There’s barely any choice for food. Though they have Spa in their name it exists only there and not in reality. All in all a big disappointment being in this hotel.

Fantastic place. Nice ambience. Swimming pool was awesome. Food was ok. Dilshan at the restaurent section was of great hospitality. Food was costly but good. Walk down to kulde beach and enjoyed the sunset. The resort organizes some activity during the seasons. We missed it.

Wonderful stay, highly recommended only problem is its very zig-zag to reach at resort. food menu could be better with more variety. staff and manager is very helpful. if you don't want to go anywhere then this is the place otherwise you will need auto or cab which is very expensive even bikes too.

We are staying in this resort. Booked for two nights. The food is atrocious. They have pictures of seekh kebab but serve fried chicken , awful in taste. Room is shabby. Remotes of AC and TV don't work. Service is poor. No response on complaints. Worst experience ever

Everything about this resort was worthy. Our family stayed in one of the luxury rooms for 3 nights and 4 days and it was a very memorable and comfortable stay. The place has been landscaped beautifully. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and spacious. The pool is also very well maintained. The beach is a barely 2 minute walk away from the resort. We had traveled with a baby and faced no problems whatsoever. The staff was very helpful and the food was decent as well especially the breakfast options. Will definitely recommend!

This is the best resort I have ever been to...it's very well maintained and hygienic...I would like to recommend it to everyone (solo travels, couple's, family, gang of friends ,bike riders and it's a pet friendly). Swimming pool is amazing which they will clean every day and it is 24/7... rooms are very comfortable, well maintained and spacious...staff's are very friendly, polite and well mannered...every Saturday's there will be live music which is heaven to the ears..they have private road to Kudle beach which is just 100mts walk from the resort. They have Spa, we can get ayurvedic body massage with steam bath and relax... at last I can't miss to mention the food over the resort, it is the best food in Gokarna especially the Biryani, Crunchy Chicken and Chicken Rolls which u can't miss to take with you while traveling ... it's an amazing place to stay, chill and relax.…

I stayed at the property for a week in September. The resort is accessible by car and they have their own parking space. Kudle beach is a short walk from the resort. The way to Kudle beach is a gully, not luxuriously clean but clean enough to be accessible anytime. The locals use the path quite frequently. The people working at the resort, staffs and owners, are very helpful. Be it a casual chat or issues with the room, you will have their attention. The rooms are spacious, well (and tastefully) lit and comfortably furnished. The best thing in the resort is probably the very well maintained swimming pool. The food is quite good and tasty but might be a bit monotonous for someone having a longer stay, mostly because the variation in the dishes is less. Although this might be simply because of the shortage of staff due to the COVID situation. To sum up, Arthigamya is an excellent place for people looking to relax for a short duration. People who are used to staying at homestays or dorms and are looking for a place to work from, might find some minor issues with the place.…

We had a very short trip of one day which was planned on breakfast table on 22.08.2020. We were searching for a resort type accommodation with a private beach and swimming pool included. We got to know about this in bookings.com and tripadvisor as a good resort. We called and make a booking as a walk in since they provided cheaper rates than website bookings. Since this time is COVID-19 situation, our main aim was protection and sanitization, so we asked for the same and got a convincing reply. The location is correctly mapped in GPS, so u can rely on it to reach there. Moreover posters will guide u without any problem. We reached to find that special measures were taken by the staff for sanitization and cleaning. The rooms we were in was standard but they are bigger and has kinds of comforts like sofa, bathtubs in the room. The photos provided in the description are exactly same so I have not added the pics. The dining options though being less due to less staffs and cooks, is very tasty and is rapidly served. the area and swimming pools are well taken care of and the in charge takes efforts to get feedback about the services from the tourists then and there. Problem is the beach access which though being private is just a narrow road infested with rain water and we have had glimpse of many millipedes and a harmless snake. This is expected to be countered since it is a resort, but still the road has to be improved. The pathetic condition is of the beach which cannot be counted as a private beach since there is no place of sitting and relaxing. The shores starts with the road and waves hit the boundary walls. Moreover due to the covid situation all other beach huts are closed and the beach is dirty. This is only due to the covid situation which will improve afterwards. The resort became full within some hours which proves that people are still flocking for holidays in weekends. Other than this the resort area is not so huge so one doesnt have many other options that to relax in the pool or pass times in the gazebo. Moreover it cannot be accessed without car and for touring nearby places also u need a car. This place is mainly for relaxing and spending a day between jungles away from hustle bustle. If u are coming for this reason this is the best place. For short period of stay i.e. 1 day this much we have noticed. Hope to return to this place again.…
