normal Hotel. there was no light all day on 28.12.20. the air conditioner didn't work even when the light was on due to this, the price was reduced by 500 ₹. I want to say about the low quality of service in the hotel cafe. the waiter confused the order several times and brought something that was not ordered. when you say without onions they bring with the window, you say without sugar they bring with sugar.

we stayed in this hotel for two nights. The rooms are very shabby, the mold collects in the bathroom and the mattresses are old. the staff is there when you need something, but you don't feel welcome. However, there are not many places to stay in this area so it is ok. the highlight is the beautiful and clean pool.

1. Air Conditioners are not maintained properly ...checked 3 rooms and all rooms had this problem... 2. No south Indian breakfast in the Restaurant.

We visited this place during the Christmas eve and apart from the location (right on beach) and a good pool.. There is nothing. The rooms are shabby, unclean and without AC. The bathrooms are just terrible (the pic attached shows the condition). There is nothing called as any room service.. No breakfast as a part of the charges and on top of it the folks in reception are rude. All this at a whopping cost of around 4k.. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Great place to spend your time at Gokarna. Ideally located in proximity to Om and Kudle beaches. Cuisine quality quite good, too! Ideal place for family vacationing! A suggestion too - the access road from the main highway a bit hazardous at present, needs to be worked upon and leveled as quickly as possible!

Superb Hotel as the proximity of the Hotel is right on the beach. Rooms are big and clean. Staff are also helpfull. They have outsourced the Restaurant and the staff there are very Rude. Always ready to fight with Guest. Many Cafes adjacent to the Resort available on beach better options available. The location is superb but to Reach hotel is a task so travel Light. Kudle beach is nice and clean.

Filty rooms No service available Wifi dont work in rooms Intercom not available Parking is not easily accessible though its 200 mtr away from property. Resort owner is not running restaurant Restaurant is closed between 10 PM to 8 AM ***Water bottle is also not provided post 10.30 PM I asked for room temperature milk for my baby at 7.40 AM the boy from restaurant responded that it can be provided oy after 8 AM.
Only USP is location of this property. Even if you get a free stay dont stay here.
Booked 3 AC rooms, AC was not working in 2 rooms.
I guess better service is available in Indian Jail than this resort in same price.

We stayed for about a week and would like to point up the great staff that was willing to help us in any manner. The location is also great and the rooms are big and well equipped. The dogs are a major plus! So cute and are well treated by the staff (please continue with your kind treatment to any kind of soul!👫🐶🐱🐒🐮)
The down sides though -
1) *the worst massage I’ve ever had in my life*. It was clear that the masseuse wasn’t really professional and only a young girl. She really hurt my body and it is irresponsible to place someone like her as she could do real damage. She also had no clue in English (which is fine!) only she couldn’t really understand when I asked her to stop that awful thing. If I could rate the spa separately it would have definitely get the lowest rating possible.
2) A lot of noise at the early morning and sometimes at night from the reception area. Our room was just above So it was definitely noticeable. Consider lower the price for this room.

Hotel property was good..sad part they don't provide any amenities, not even normal water at your room.You actually need to buy bottle. And once your their you don't have options but end up paying. Beach is just opp to the property. Swimming pool is pretty decent. Overall trip was fun & great

Room was large, reasonably clean, seemed not finished (missing suspended ceiling in room and in bathroom). Sockets did not work. It was not possible to regulate fans in room. Very noisy Indian guests in swimming pool after midnight, very disturbing. No night staff to solve such problems.

Ground floor too has sea facing room towards Western compound. But the view from first floor is absolutely stunning.
I would advise you to take a room in ground floor and be in the garden area to enjoy the beach
There are more places to choose from in the Gokarna area.
