Beautiful, well spread, picturesque property in the middle of the jungle.Nicely done up rooms coupled with equally courteous staff. We were provided with a gypsy to traverse last one KM of off roading track since sedan can’t reach due to lesser ground clearance . The food served was of very good standard, cooked and served in excellent hygienic conditions. Big thanks to Mr BC Sati , the Manager and his team for making our stay memorable. Would love to visit Rangers Reserve again. Thanks and ATB.👍🏻👍🏻
Initial experience was very scary because the 1.5 kms travel to the resort from the main road is hair raising. The road, or lack of it, is very narrow and steep with innumerable twists and turns. It is advisable to request for a driver or vehicle from the resort to navigate the last bit. The resort is nice. The room alloted to us was on the ground floor, although I had requested our booking person for a 1st floor room. The room was ok, but the window AC made a lot of racket. A number of complaints were made to the staff & manager to no effect. It was disappointing that they didn't provide an alternate room for our 3 nights stay. Food was strictly ok, but the cooking medium was suspect and didn't agree with my husband & me. The manager & rest of the staff were friendly and did try, but we were very disappointed that for 3 nights we were made to stay in a room where the AC made such a racket. I don't think I'll visit this resort again…
I will make sure that I stay in this resort only whenever I come to Jim Corbett. I would say that everyone must visit atleast once to this resort, I bet you won't regret it and you would come again and again and again........ Best Hospitality Too much activities to do inside the resort like archery, cricket, zip line and lot more.
Our family of 4 , stayed in Ranger’s Reserve in a suite , booked through QVI. All arrangements were made by me prior to the travel and was helped by Ms Megha as the first contact of Ranger’s Reserve. Then we reached the resort and were warmly welcomed, even though it was 9 PM by the Resident Manager, Mr BC Sati. He came all the way to our suite and ensured that we were made to feel at home. From then on and for all the 7 days, the staff at the Resort, cafe, restaurant, housekeeping, the buggy staff, all were Amazing, warm and very polite and serving with a smile. We were made so comfortable and welcoming that we were ready to spend another week at Ranger’s Reserve. Negi was very courteous and cheerful managing the buggy rides, Mayank the chef at La Sal made my special tea n breakfast every day for us, Pavan and the staff at the restaurant were always asking what we would like to eat, Kushal too at the restaurant, the housekeeping staff all very polite, and practically every day Mr BC Sati checked on us and made us feel extremely comfortable and at home. He even saw us off the day we left. Overall a very happy experience that has left a warm and lingering experiences and memories for all of us. God Bless Them All !…
