Detailed Reviews
Place with best view, service and good food. They also have a swimming pool where we can stay till 8pm and one should give it a try. Watching sunset from the pool was one of the best moments of our family trip.
Staff is super friendly and supportive. They have plenty of mango trees all around Jim Corbett and some how we managed to eat few raw mangoes and it was a treat to our taste buds.
They also have few activities like badminton, snooker table and table tennis games. Plus their garden is also very beautiful and nicely maintained.

nice staff, good room interiors, a cosy and big bathroom, spacios room balcony with large french window, and what not...just behind our room we spotted a leopard on the very day of arrival. Nights are sleepless - not for any disturbance but for the thrillness and excitement to observe the howlings from surrounding. It was a memorable family trip amids the nature with wilderness. The best part was the lit-garden which gives a celeberation feel in the lawn area. My kid enjoyed the pool and had a hearty meal with variety of cuisines. Will visit again...

Starting with the positives, the gardens are nice. We didn't use the pool but it looked good. And it has 2 stars from us because the kitchen staff were very good as was the food.
Negatives, very dirty. The sheets and towels are stained and we really didn't want to use the towels or sleep in the bed. The walls are marked by past inhabitants. The WiFi is very poor and most of the time unusable. The doors are warped.
This would be specific for our stay but the sink waste pipe leaked and ran across the floor bringing with it the hair of whoever stopped before. When asked the staff came and worked on it but only with limited success.
It really is a shame as with a few things cleaned up it could be a really nice place

We stayed at Maya The Forest Resort for 2 nights in May 2023. We had booked a safari each at Jhirna and Dhikala, so selected Maya as it's equidistance from the two gates. And it turned out to be an excellant choice. Wonderful property on the bank of a dried (in May) stream. Excellant staff, great food. And it's lot more economical than similar hotels/resorts on Corbett's 'strip' (the road from Ramnagar to Garjiya).

Very good hotel. Excellent stay. Also the rooms have excellent view and the hotel is made to look kind of in the middle of forest with many trees and a pool and a great view.
The rooms were neat and clean and the bathrooms had hot and cold water facility.
The food was nice and they even came to inform that sir food is ready, which I found sweet.
Overall, an excellent stay, if you have any doubts, just forget them and click the book button!!!
