Corbett machaan is one of the best stays in Corbett The staff is very friendly and always wears a smile. Rooms are super spacious, very clean, extremely comfortable, and artistically done. The lawns, though small, but full of greenery and birds. Kids enjoyed pug mark making and the entire group (including 3 senior citizens, 2 kids) enjoyed the complimentary nature trek. One can take a-la carte from the buffet offered at a nominal charge. Cafe is a piece of art and a delight for the food lovers. Swimming pool is also very large with a baby pool. We really enjoyed our stay at Machaan and would recommend everyone to also consider it. You will not be disappointed.

we stayed there for one night, 01/03/2020. 2 cottages, from our check in to check out, everything was great. stay, food, location, just dont expect that you will see tiger in safari, depends on your luck, as far as resort is concerned, you will have difficulty in finding it out but once you found it, it will be worthy of remembrance.; local guitarist sings song on bonfire, food, location and everything was great.

We booked 2 villas for 8th of April. As soon as we reached the property we were offered with refreshing welcome drink. Our temperature was checked and hand sanitization was done. Mr. Deepak was at reception counter who was really sweet and polite with us. He helped us with everything. After that we went to our rooms which were literally the best rooms so far.. be it cleanliness , size, privacy. It was perfect. There is BNB cafe inside and they serve you the best food. You sat there for hours and the staff was so polite and helpful with everything. They have kitchen which is open for breakfast lunch and dinner and they serve very tasty food and you feel like you are at home. They took us for evening walk as well near river. Best experience so far. Would love to go again.

The Corbett Machan is not located in the best part of Ramnagar. It is on a dirt road and we found it, thanks to Google maps! The gardens are pretty and well maintained. The food is passable-and the staff members are courteous and polite. The rooms are shabby and old and we handled it because we were spending only one night at the hotel. The bathroom wash basin were the biggest challenge. If you are short like me, you will have to perfect the art of projecting your saliva, so that it falls into the basin and I was unsuccessful! Made me worry about how unhygienic this was, as I'm pretty sure that numerous guests have had the same challenge :( The basin sits on a platform that is too high and it is at-least 15 or 20 inches away from the edge of the counter top. If you are finicky about bathrooms, this one is not for you.Even if you stretch its impossible for you to reach the basin; you need to be 5.5" feet tall or more to have a successful tooth brushing and face washing experience. The hotel was not booked by me but was part of a package for my visit to Corbett, which otherwise was simply spectacular.

The hotel was superb.The staff was polite and helpful. Food was also good. However, the only drawback was that there was no wifi available in the rooms. As the network service was also poor in the rooms it was a bit difficult to communicate with others. The hotel also doesn't provide morning kit. So they can improve on these things.. Otherwise a very pleasant and peaceful stay. Kudos to Machaan

Corbett Machan Resort was one of the best experiences i had in my life. the staff is amazing, courteous , friendly and like a family. From the owners to the last link in the resort staff, people are so jovial, loving and on the toes. The resort is beautifully located in close proximity to city but in complete wilderness. You feel the green, liveliness and freshness of the forest. When it comes to activities, animal spotting and safaris, trust me you will be in the best hands. The owner Mr. Rohit has been an ardent wild-lifer for more than a decade and knows Corbett like his home. if they cannot make you spot a tiger, nobody can! Best thing about machan is that the organise all adventurous and fun filled activities for you with utmost care for the wild.Cottages are beautifull, tidy, spacious and take complete care of your privacy. A swimming pool, cafe with bundles of amazing books on wildlife, restaurent among the trees and the famous Machan sit out add on to the joy and rejuvenation. If you wanna feel Corbett and not just visit it then Corbett Machan Resort is the place. P.S. : Dont miss there bonfires with live music by Mr.Dinesh and jungle treks organised by them. They are maintaining all safety measures against COVID-19 and following guidelines by the government.

We booked 4 nights in Corbett Machaan Resort during the christmas week. We chose to book through Mr Saurabh Agrawal after reading positive reviews. Our stay in Corbett Machaan was excellent, warm hospitality, courteous staff, lip smacking food. Trek to kosi river bed was well taken care of by guide Santosh. The Christmas Eve party arrangements made by the resort was enjoyable., Right from the house keeping to the chef, everything was excellent............Would go back surely.......Keep up the good work.......

Got a chance to visit the place, did Jungle safari and adventure activities available at the Resort. It was a lot of fun and moments to cherish with such a co-operative staff members especially the food. No Wifi and TV may be issue for some, but it helped us to observe the beauty of nature from so close and spend time with our family and friends which we don't do otherwise.

During the winter season, I embarked on a delightful 4-day trip with my family, opting to stay at a charming resort for 2 days. Without a doubt, this destination is a must-visit, offering unique rooms that intentionally eschew the presence of a television. This deliberate choice encourages guests to cherish and make the most of their time with loved ones. The accommodation not only provided a distinctive and cozy ambiance but also granted us the perfect opportunity to connect and bond with family members. The absence of a television surprisingly turned out to be a blessing, as it allowed us to focus on quality time together. The food experience at the resort was a highlight.
In essence, our stay at this resort was comfortable and memorable.

Corbett Machaan resort truly made our family holiday a memorable one with their wonderful hospitality and super delicious hot food. The food was so fresh and tasty. Their staff were very very courteous and caring, always ready to listen and help..the rooms were also very clean and well sanitized. We definitely recommend this place and have decided to stay at the same resort the next time we visit Corbett.
