My husband and I stayed at Majagua for 3 nights and we couple not have asked for a better experience. The room was large and clean. We ate at 2 other hotels and the food at Majagua was by far the best. Ever meal and cocktail we had was delicious. It is true that it gets busy with day trippers...

We were recommended this day tour to San Pedro on the Rosario island as a must. It was a disappointment from the booking process, the mis-information about what's included or not (mainly not), the boarding (missing passengers) and the interest of this less than full day trip with one hour boat trip each way. The only good thing was that...

We stayed at Hotel San Pedro de Majagua between March 7th and 10th and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. While the staff doesn't speak a lot of english, they were never rude or impatient. Our Spanish is pretty pathetic, and we're the ones visiting their country. All the menus have English translations. The...

We stayed in a separate bungalow at this hotel as we are a family of four, and it catered to us well. We had a sea view but were set back from the beach a little, which is actually a blessing as the wind gets up in the afternoon on the island. The hotel tries very hard to cater for...

We stayed two nights at this magical place. Some caveats: The staff's English is limited so be prepared; the hotel is on a rustic island so do not expect Four Seasons level treatment; and the menu can get dull quickly as it is the same at every meal. However, the location is amazing! The water is clear and warm and...

Hotel San Pedro de Majagua is great place to step away from the hustle and bustle of Cartagena. The hotel itself isn't very large but it's great for a weekend getaway. It has two beaches (a quite one and the other with music and a bar), a dining hall, lobby and volleyball court. The beaches are clean and there are chairs...

Very nice island, hotel staff was nice and rooms were clean. Room amenities are just enough. Ask staff to accompany you to other parts of the island or travel in a group. Do everything before 3, then the wind comes Beaches are clean Try a coconut lemonade cocktail

We went for a day trip. We took the boat from Muelle Santa Cruz and it took about 1 hour. Each ticket was $175,000 and it included a greeting cocktail, and a typical Colombian lunch with a drink and desert. The hotel does let you use the bathroom and showers and changing rooms. There are additional services like scuba dive,...

We came for one day to this hotel from Cartagena and expected nice beach but this beach and the whole resort in covered concrete and still they call it national park. Really I didn't enjoy my day there because it looks so ugly and not natural at all :( during this day there were one more excursion, so together 50...
