Lovely spot close to township for easy walking. Warm room, tv very small and walls were not clean with brown dirty marks. People at reception helpful and accommodating as we asked for some plates and knives and they did this. Stay overall very pleasant

Breakfast was really delicious but my one comment would be that the eggs and beans and mushrooms were very runny, it didn't in any way detract from the fact that they were yummy, just very runny! Thanks :-)

Our 2 bedroom apartment had two super king beds so no fighting for best bedroom between couples. A heatpmp in each bedroom and a fabulous gas fire in the lounge kept us extremely cozy and warm before and after our nighttime star gazing.

The hotel signage was not the easiest to spot during a rainy night. Hotel lobby was fine. We booked a two bedroom suite with lake view. We were given the key and instruction how to get to the parking and the building. When we got to the parking there was absolutely no light in the parking lot and it was...

It is a very nice location but when we arrived at 4pm there was old bedding and bags of rubbish outside our room. This happened each day we stayed. The bed was bad for the price we paid for the room. All els was great.

This place is decent and new enough but the standard rooms are tiny and you can hear guest above and next door until they go to sleep. Then in the morning you can hear guest leaving very early dragging their bags slog the footpath outside the room.. Very limited facilities though the bathroom was very nice. Not a place you...

Kia Ora neildonovan81, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay, it was disappointing to hear the room you were provided failed to meet you expectations, Our standard hotel rooms which are by definition and are of course advertised as a ‘Sleep & Go’ type accommodation, we take great care to advertise the size and...

Two couples stayed at Peppers Lake Tekapo and had a magnificent unit, so comfortable with staff so helpful to our needs. The view was excellent with room features of a high quality standard. Very reasonably priced.

We have stayed at Peppers Bluewater several times over the past few years and always enjoy it. We booked directly with the hotel and everything was spot on - even to the room we requested. Beautiful views of the lake while having a wine on the balcony! Our meal in the dining room was lovely and the service great. Should...

Peppers have been known for going the extra mile in service and the facilities they provide...not so at this resort...cobwebs in the corner of Windows (inside), zero degrees outside but fires not alight in the lounge or restaurant, stacks of chairs and a disused table being stored outside the dining room on the verandah in clear view of guests, staff...

Full kitchen requires the checklist to make sure utensils are in place for guest arrival. Guest follow up would be appreciated . The mountain view suite was very nice very spacious. The restaurant meal the 2nd night was well plentiful & well presented.
