My colleague, who has been to this motel, directly booked a standard room for me, and I was offered a free upgrade to a superior standard room as a corporate deal discussed via telephone. Everything is excellent, except that the reception forgot to mention the room is upstairs. It happened to be a rainy day when I stayed. I felt...

The free parking is amazing. I could park my truck in front of my room. Construction materials and expensive equipments can be protected under my own watch. So a good choice for building workers. Beers are available in the shop across the road. Breakfast may be better served but acceptable.

We came for visiting one of friends who lives in Mulgrave, staying in this motel again after 5 years. Last time we hated the room on the road side because of the noise. However, we were surprised by the new windows just installed, which is double-layer glass as described by the motel manager. All noises from the road side can...

Shower curtain was moldy, exhaust fan was dusty & moldy. Paint was peeling around the window. That was in a corporate room, hate to see what a standard room was like. Cockroaches in the bedroom. The bed was very hard.

Hi Jean, apologies for the curtain and the condition of one of the last un-renovated rooms. We are currently refurbishing the rooms and the gardens including the one you stayed in which is scheduled to start shortly. The cracks in the wall and paint issues you noticed will vanish just as the terrible shower curtain already has. Apologies again that...

Stayed here last minute as the usual hotel I stay at was booked out, along with nearly every other hotel in the area. Offer free wifi however the connection was not great and kept dropping out, so was basically useless. Room was ok, clean but very plain, but for a one night business trip it was ok.

Hi Clare, yes the current free WIFI across the property is old tech not really made for streaming and as soon as many users start streaming video it slows down. Thanks to your comment we will re-prioritise towards a more performant FREE nbn-based fast Wifi in the course of our current renovations, which shall be available shortly. Best regards Edward

Avoid at all costs! This "motel" is a very dodgy establishment. The room was filthy and not serviced, the kettle never worked, breakfast non existent- had to order the night before or dining room not even set up. Clearly managed by o/s students without a clue on how to run a motel. Give this motel a very wide berth!!!

I was visiting my family in Glen Waverley and happened to book this hotel. The room is clean and tidy and close to freeway. I had a good sleep. WIFI is a bit week however it was good for reading some news. Good value.

This is the second time I stay in this motel, it is still the most valuable motel in Glen Waverley. I noticed they have renovated their rooms recently, therefore it looks very modern, good price and location. Will come back as usual.

This is a standard motel. Everything is provided on a good standard level. Clean, tidy rooms, free Wifi, etc.. It is nice court setting which was good to be able to have an eye on the car. The reception was very friendly and the breakfast buffet had all the necessary items.

This was the dirtiest motel we had ever seen. Filthy couch covered in stains of unknown origin. Mouldy shower and the toilet, despite having a "hygienically cleaned" paper around it was gross. It had NOT been cleaned as it had dissolving faeces and marks in the bowl. We couldn't stay. Alan told us he'd talk to "The Manager" about our...
