O M G at $147.00 p/night this would have to have been the worst place we have ever stayed in. On their website the Glen Hotel & Apartments in Glen Waverley, Vic is rated as 3.5 star accommodation but we found it did not even meet the minimum standards for a 1 star rating. I have listed below what problems...

Location was convenient for what we needed. We arrived after check-in but were told room might not be ready from cleaning but we were able to grab the keys anyway to drop our stuff off. The room did have a bit of a strange smell to it, stronger in some areas of the room than others. It was mostly clean...

The room I stayed in was in poor condition (broken curtains, old furnishing...), clearly different from what you can see on the website. Noise goes through walls and you can hear road traffic in the room. In brief, I would not recommend. In my opinion you can find significantly better in the surroundings for slightly more money.

The room was disgusting, live wires on down lights, no 24hr movie channels as advertised, no toilet roll, room wasn't cleaned properly or wiped out or vaccumed properly, $3 room delivery for breakfast, just yr advantage breakfast and any extras came at a cost of $2.50 per extra, one towel of 2 people, spiders in bathroom, dirty towel scrubber plus...

From the moment I checked in i was made to feel like an inconvenience. He complained about the price we were quoted then proceeded to show us our room only to change his mind and give us our key. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work so showering became impossible to breathe. Don't expect a cuppa when you arrive either the...

Valuable for the price. The rooim is very cleaned and I spent a comfortable night. Location is very good and convenient with super markets and restaurants within walking distance. The car park is big, and I can park my car in front of my room.

The location of this place was perfect for my trip, near Monash and M1. My main gripe is that the shower was not clean. Soap scum on the tilkes and mould growing...hey guys you can buy stuff at Bunnings to get rid of that! Otherwise, nice people and great value $9 continental breakfast.

Stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment which was clean. It was very spacious. However we were unimpressed with the bins and old couches that lined the driveway, and under the stairs at the back. There was an abandoned shopping trolley in the car park and the weeds were starting to over take the gardens. The room served its purpose but...

Stayed here for the night. Very old and needs an update but ok for a night. Was upgraded to a corporate room which was nice of them. Shower floor looked old and like it needed a good scrub. Overall, it's OK I guess. More than just one towel would have been nice. Beds need something warmer in winter.

The room is terrible - nothing like the photos shown on the website. It's 10 degrees in Melbourne right now and the room has NO HEATING. We were bought a small fan heater and told this would heat the room! We requested to be moved to another room but told no other rooms were available. Absolutely disgraceful, I truly don't...
