Spent a relaxing day/night at Woodleigh Homestead. Must say that its location, with stunning views of the Gold Coast, and the resort grounds, are the highlights of the resort. We did enjoy our suite...spacious and comfortable, but a bit on the rustic side (could use a wee face-lift). Spa and gas "woodstove" added to the ambiance. Our hosts were lovely...very... More

Please please please DO NOT stay here. Do not pay money upfront before viewing the accommodation as you won't get it refunded - trust me we experienced this first hand. The rooms are dated, dirty and not worth half the cost. There is no service. I can't believe the good reviews - do not waste your money - these people... More

Finding suitable accommodation within a couple of hours of Brisbane for ten or eleven people to be together is often difficult. This B & B suited us very well. We rented the 3 brm cottage, one bedroom unit, and studio to accommodate us all. Ian was very helpful and welcoming, and always had a happy disposition. Facilities are lovely with... More

On arrival our host Ian showed us to our cottage and explained in detail what to expect and the facilities,we were up graded to a cottage with no extra cost and it was spectacular with views over the Coast and Hinterland..Very quiet and enjoyed the spa and gas woodfired heater. Just perfect for a short break or more..We will sing... More

Had a couple of wonderful days away from the city traffic and noise. We had a wonderful view and very spacious ,comfortable and well equipped room. The bacon and eggs was a great addition. This meant we were then able to explore Tamborine and find coffee shops and wineries after a very leisurely start to the day. The manager was very... More

My girl friend and I were looking for a nice little night away from the goldcoast, Woodleigh homestead was more than perfect. From the horses greeting you when you arrive to Ian the lovely owner, the most cozy room, and to wake up to the most stunning view, and to top it off bacon and eggs were provided in our... More

We stayed here during Easter 2012. Although we rented a family room through wotif.com, we ended up in a room for a couple. That in itself may seem ok but we really should have received what we paid. While the views are great, I don't think I would go back; the rooms was a bit musty and nneded to be... More

A most enjoyable and exciting family (10 adults, 9 children) weekend at Woodleigh Cottages, Mt Tamborine. The management was friendly and co-operative which added to the overall experience. We would have no hesitation in recommending the complex for a idyllic sojourn from a single person to a family.

What a beautiful place! We spent two wonderful nights at this gem of a place. So quiet, peaceful and serene. The views were absolutely breathtaking. We were blessed in seeing it both shrouded a magical, mythical mist and then the next day washed in beautiful sunlight.... all the way to the gold coast...a world away. We woke in the morning... We loved every minute of our stay... we arrived late Friday night but found everything quite easily, the moment we stepped into our room we felt so relaxed. It rained all weekend but we found things to do as everything is so close, mostly we watched the clouds roll by. Our hosts were so welcoming and everything was just perfect.... More
