Lovely location- and building room was clean but bathroom smelt of stagnant water. Food was a disappointment wrong food served and inattentive attention, staff need to be trained properly. Receptionists were first class, walk to beach although over a golf coarse was great.
We stayed at Heacham Manor after a recommendation by a friend who had recently visited. We were not disappointed! From the moment we stepped foot through the wonderful old doorway, to the smile we received from the receptionist as we left, our stay was perfect....More

Very good venue, food was very good if a bit pricey. Breakfasts very good although one day no black pudding! Staff very friendly, were upgraded to room in manor which was very pleasant. Cannot find fault with stay.
Room (7D Samphire), Good - good size, large comfy bed, mostly clean, good views towards sea over golf course. (at moment future extension proposed we are told) modern bathroom.
Not so good - too warm , it seems hot water pipes under floor, could not...More
