We stayed here with friends on a dinner bed and breakfast basis to incorporate a visit to the Thursford Christmas Spectacular Show at Fakenham. We were warmly welcomed by the Manager who pointed out the facilities of the hotel and that some of our party would stay in the adjacent cottages. When we were given our keys, staff guided us...

Stayed Friday night ready for early start to visit Burnham Deepdale Christmas Market. This is a wonderful hotel, very warm welcome a professional team with high standards attended to us throughout our stay. Food quality and menu choice second to none, full cooked breakfast just superb. The Manor offer a number of special breaks, liked the look of Fakenham Races,...

Nice bedrooms, the public area needs a makeover as its now a little dated. Food excellent, they could offer chicken in some form but it's not on the menu. I had a wonderful steak one evening and a sea bass the next. Both wonderful meals. A place to unwind & relax. Staff faultless, nothing too much trouble plus they look...

Stayed at Heacham Manor whilst visiting the North Norfolk coast during a particularly wet, windy and stormy spell of weather. Our welcome was warm and friendly. Staff were helpful and attentive. Service in the restaurant was brisk and timely. We were on an all inclusive dinner, bed and breakfast package which was well worth it. Heacham Manor is a listed...

Four of us visited for an evening meal. The restaurant was fairly quiet, only 3 other tables in use. Service was friendly and the food arrived promptly. Quality and freshness were very good, and everything was beautifully presented. None of us could fault our meal, and it is certainly somewhere we would return to. As it was dark it was...

Booked a two night B&B package via Travelzoo - we stayed in one of the first floor cottage rooms in the nearby courtyard. Room was comfortably furnished with en-suite facilities. View from our room was a little disappointing overlooking further future development of the complex. We arranged to have the set price 3 course dinner package which was on offer....

Dear citybreakers90, Many thanks for taking the time to review Heacham Manor Hotel. I am sorry that the view from your room wasn't as pleasant as it could be, there are only a few rooms that overlook this area and unfortunately you were allocated one of them. With regard to the menu, it is being changed as from tomorrow with...

Stayed several nights at Heacham Manor in October. The hotel is well situated to visit the coast from Hunstanton to Blakeney. An attractive old country house in pleasant grounds next to a golf club. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was very traditional, not large but adequate with plenty of storage space. A very nice and large adjoining...

Dear Patricia D, Many thanks for taking the time to review your stay at Heacham Manor. It sounds as if on the whole you had an enjoyable stay but I am sorry to hear that breakfast fell below your expectations. We stayed last year for a weekend away, unfortunately our room was above the hotel entrance electric sliding doors which we could hear whenever someone went in or out of the hotel. At night the sliding door was turned off and replaced by a heavy wooden door which we could also hear. We complained and whilst there was no other...

A beautiful building, full of character and charm. Ours was a lovely (large) clean room on the ground floor with a wet room giving full accessibility. The hotel had friendly staff and great food (especially the large selection at breakfast).

We booked a family room on the half term offer the night before we arrived. The room turned out to be a junior suite which was great having a separate room for the kids. Our only concern with that room was the French doors which didn't lock from the inside. After investigation with reception the doors are a fire escape...

Dear DazHelColeRoss, I am so pleased you enjoyed your stay at Heacham Manor and took the time to leave a review.
