In April myself and my husband and another couple stayed here for 5 nights. It was wonderful a great location to be able to get around and discover the region. Best of all it was so comfortable and welcoming we decided to do the cooking class with Alessandra and had the most terrific fun, learnt a lot and my goodness...

We were a group of 5 Canadians on a month-long tour of Italy, including a week at Il Tufo (the Adriana apartment). From the moment we drove in through the vineyards and parked in an olive grove, it was clear that we were truly in the heart of Tuscany. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, and the grounds and...

Some things are best kept quiet, because you don't want the whole world to go there. But we have to admit that Il Tufo delle Tre Querce is really one of the better places to stay when you're looking for a place in Tuscany. Reception was very kind and friendly, the house was a marvel, the atmosphere nice and quiet,...

We stayed for a week at this wonderful villa. Our group booked three apartments. It was so great to each have our own space but to be able to hop between apartments when we wanted. The rooms, grounds and pool are in wonderful condition and maintained very well. The kitchens were amply supplied with cooking equipment. It was hot and...

The whole experience - from the promptly replied-to e-mail enquiries before the trip to arrival at this beautiful property - was seamless, easy and delightful. The staff and owner are both professional and generous; we were made to feel genuinely welcome. Niccolo and Elena had excellent local restaurants to recommend. The apartment was comfortable and the location in Poggibonsi was...

We stayed at Il Tufo's Le Stalle Aparment for a week in April. We arrived in Il Tufo later than expected due to late flight, but Niccoló waited for us and welcomed us with a smile although it was midnight! The apartment was great, just as in the photos, with a big sunny garden and heaps of space for our...

This is a really fantastic spot, just a few km's outside Poggibonsi and San Gimigiano. We had a very big (part of a) house (Adriana), including a nice private garden and a loggia on the top floor, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: enough space for the 5 of us, even 6 beds available. Kitchen with dishwasher and a big fridge....

Just spent a week at Il Tufo in the Il Fienile Villa. Great location and close to many of the best hill towns. Florence to the south and Siena to the north are only about 30 minutes away. The villa itself is 5 minutes from Poggibonsi. Although not an exciting town, it has supermarkets, atm's, gas, etc... everything you need...
