We just returned from a month long trip to Italy and our 6 nights at La Bandita were the absolute highlight of our trip! Even before we left for our trip, their assistance and graciousness was evident! They assisted us in renting a car for this part of our journey, made recommendations about the best way to travel to them...

La Bandita is absolutely amazing! From the minute you step in the door you feel like you are at home. The views and grounds are amazing, and rooms and decor are beautiful. The staff is top-notch...Francesca and Paula are very pleasant and accommodating, always willing to answer your questions and help with plans, and always offering cappucino or a glass...

Had an amazing time here. Stylish but not ostentatious. iI was clear that every little detail had been carefully thought out. Resident chef produced eclectic and fabulous dishes with fresh produce sourced from the local villages, accompanied by an amazing selection of wines of various vareitals and price ranges. Not forgetting the breathtaking views and the friendly and welcoming staff...

We returned last month from our amazing 16 night trip to Italy. Our home for 6 nights of this trip was La Bandita. La Bandita is not the easiest place to find; As we found out, there are two windy, hillside access roads that you can take to get there, one to the east that takes you up a bumpy,...

The place and its location overlooking the valley is very very nice indeed! However, we - travelling a lot to similar places - think that EUR 300 are too much for what you actually get. Be warned: This applies even more to the dinner. EUR 40 per person (four courses), EUR 55 for one bottle wine and EUR 7 for...

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time despite some less than perfect weather. A very relaxed atmosphere. John and his wife are fantastic hosts. Rooms were great, food is excellent. We had planned to eat out at the many local restaurants which are great but after sampling the La Bandita food we ate in every night as...

You turn down the dirt road (when you find it) and think where in the world am i going? The crawl trying not to hurt your little Italian rental car builds the anticipation. When you get there , the view is beyond compare and the staff is beyond friendly. The room is my style- minimalist modern, but comfortable. Stick around...

La Bandita is truly a place that took our breath away. From the day we have arrived until the day we left, we had nothing but good picturesque memory shots of La Bandita. The property is situated in the middle of the perfect calendar shot. On top of that, the rooms and food were incredible. Last but not least, the...
