We were on a hiking holiday and the organisers had booked rooms that were below our usual standard. Here we had an 'economy room' (number 203), and it was rather small and dingy, though the bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom clean and functional....More

The economy room was slightly bigger than expected. The location is perfect and the view from the garden was amazing. We had breakfast on the terrace in October and it was a good experience. Very nice hotel which offers good deals!

The entrance and grounds are grand and historic. The location is great. However the rooms are tired and very basic. The bed sinks when you sit. The phone was missing from our room. But there's an elevator at least while much of old pienza relies...More
