We stayed with my wife to san Gregorio agroturismo during our 3 day visit in pienza. This is our first visit in the italian country side so we did not know what to expect. The family that runs the place is really friendly. Unfortunately we do not speak italian so we had some difficulty understanding the Grandmother and Grandfather of... More

We stayed there unfortunately only for 2 nights, but the stay was absolutely amazing. The host family with Laura and her parents are great. They showed us around and gave us a lot of their self-produced products like salami, chesse, wine and much more to try. We stay in room #2 "il pozzo" and the room was fantastic as well.... More

This is the place to stay in Pienza. Accommodations are excellent, Luciano and his family are the most gracious innkeepers and it is a very short walk to the historic center of town. Pienza is an excellent base from which to explore the entire area.

I joined TripAdvisor for this review...no joke! We stayed here as a family of three with our youngest son. We selected Podere San Gregorio because we wanted the agriturismo experience within walking distance to a town (tough to find in Tuscany). We were not disappointed. The farm-house apartment was cozy, clean, and roomy. Laura and her parents are the nicest... More

This place was great. Spacious apartment with a kitchenette on a working farm. The owners were friendly and left us a breakfast basket and a bottle of their homemade wine, which was one of the best we had in Italy. The location is on the edge of Pienza along the main road outside town. The drawback of this was that... More

The owners are so friendly, the location perfect for walking into Pienza and visiting nearby hill towns, the apartment was spacious and clean and comfortable. We spent 6 nights here and we were very happy with our choice. An authentic agriturismo experience. We enjoyed the owners' wine, cured meats, eggs and goose!

Warm hospitality from Laura, Luciano, & Alberto. This old farmhouse is very close to the Town wall/entrance of the Medi-evil town of Pienza. The Co-op is conveniantly just accross the street. Room fully equiped with everything you need including a fridge and breakfast basket. This farm produces its own wine, cheese, ham & olive oil. Dont miss the free Tasting... More

We have just arrived from Pienza. We stayed 7 days in Podere San Gregorio an unique place owned by the Luciano`s Family who also maintains the famous Agriturismo Cretaiole, in the same region. Podere San Gregorio is unique place because you can have the best of two words. You will stay in a Agriturismo (they produce wine, olive oil, pecorino... More
