I just arrived home after a week in Villa Volpe. I was very disappointed. The rooms were not cleaned everyday. The villa suffers from Miskitoes and in the slipping rooms there are fleas. We suffered from a lot of bites. The fridge in the kitchen was not working properly and they told us that towels are being changed once a...

Dear Mr. Vensover, we are very sorry that your stay at our Resort was not to your liking, but it will keep us to clarify some inaccuracies in turn: 1) daily cleaning of rooms and bathrooms is made every day and is included in the rental price except on Sundays and public holidays, as is highlighted on our site and...

I stayed here with a group of 60 the resort more than coped with our needs. We are not massive drinkers so had no need to have the bar operational. The pool was fantastic and accommodated us all quite easily with plenty of good quality loungers and beautiful gardens. We stopped at the local supermarket on the way in and...

Myself and about 50 others stayed there for a week for a Tuscan wedding. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Firstly you feel at home and welcome the minute you arrive. The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The villas are all so gorgeous, individual, and clean. The views alone are what make the trip worth it!...

I stayed there a month ago with colleagues to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the company where I work. Aside of the fact that the place is in such a peaceful environment, all the personal was really friendly and helped us with everything. The house we got was great! You don't get a house with 2 living rooms so easily....

The staff of Sandra and Nellie were fabulous. Anything you requested, they filled. What more can you ask? The Villa's are quite big. Loved having all the room to spread out. Very rural (including the wake-up call from the local rooster.) Great views. Only 5 minutes into town where you can buy groceries for the kitchen or hit and ATM...

I was there, because a friend told about this place in tuscany. I just stayed 3 days, but i could stay there like 3 months. Everything is nice, the bedroom, bathroom, the pool, the tennis field, the worker; it's looklike a five stars hotel but in a natural side of Tuscany! I will come back next summer at least for...

Poggio Cennina, a wonderful and peaceful experience. The staff is very thoughtful and accommodating while the facilities are perfect. If you need a central location to see Tuscany, this is the place. Minutes from the A1, a small Ipercoop (Grocery) nearby for modern items or on site, it's a super location to take back roads to Greve, Siena, Florence or...

This summer we stayed at Poggio Cennina for the fourth time in a row. This is a beautiful place with great facilities for relaxing and enjoying sports and great Tuscany/Italian wine and food. The staff help you with almost everything and are very friendly. There is a nice football pitch and a tennis court at the resort, and mountain bikes...

This was the perfect end to a perfect vacation. After all the planning, site-seeing, walking, picture taking, more walking of the first 7 days of our vacation, it was an absolute pleasure to relax in the confines of Poggio Cennina. The staff was WONDERFUL and was there for us whenever we needed anything. We were there with our closest friends...
