We stayed here for 6 nights as my husband was attending the Parkinsonโ€™s centre nearby. Our room was comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard. The shower was very small but powerful. Once we were given a remote control for the air conditioning the room was kept cool ( although we somehow managed to stop it working twice!) The efficient Mauro rectified the problem. The family that own the hotel are lovely and Mauro was able to speak English as was the lovely waitress who translated the menu for us very patiently. Food was delicious and the swimming pool an added bonus. We will be back next September

This is a family run hotel and they really care about their guests. They go the extra mile in order to make things work for them. I had a late return from a wedding and they took care to ensure that I was able to access my room late at night. Similarly with the electric car charger, I let them know when I wanted to use it and they ensured that it was accessible.

The prices were reasonable, the pool lovely and the hotel immaculately cared for with stylish decor and clean rooms.

The owner works very hard indeed and has an excellent hotel to show for it.

If it was up to me, Diana hotel would have 5 Stars hanging in the entrance. The level of attention and warmth you receive from the minute you enter the premisses is almost out of this world and is probably only possible due to the fact that youโ€™ve entered a real โ€œfamily hotelโ€ run by the brother and daughter, but with the help of mother and father who are constantly present and involved. This is getting so rare these days, and that makes all the difference. Whether itโ€™s the superb food, or the quality of the room, or the minute attention to details that you will find everywhere, itโ€™s a โ€œnota dieciโ€ in all aspects. It is great news that even under these extremely difficult times, you can still find such institutions that somehow manage to maintain the course and preserve the service quality that made this part of Italy so famous for.

A huge THANK YOUโ€ for making my 3 nights stay memorable.
Will be back ....

We stayed as a group of 8 friends at The Hotel Diana for 4 nights in June , the hotel is very comfortable and most importantly , very clean throughout . The rooms were of a good size and the general areas were very pleasant , we all enjoyed sitting on the front verandah in the late evening for a nightcap from the bar. Breakfast was Italian with a good variation , continental plus pastries and cake . The staff were helpful and friendly , some English is spoken , and we were made to feel very welcome . There are some nice artworks throughout the hotel and these added to the ambience . It is easy to see why it gets such good reviews as it is a well run hotel and also offers very good value for money . The only small downside for us is that the restaurant Dinner menu tends to cater for the Italian clientele and is somewhat limited , because of the lack of choice we ate out on all 4 evenings but do not let this put you off ! We found the town a good base for touring the area , it has a fairly good bus service and a good hourly train service. We got the train up into the Alps to Edolo ( Boario is surrounded by mountains) which is a pretty little town about 8 miles from the Swiss border for one day out. We had a relaxing day by bus to Lovere on Lago d'Iseo with a short ride on the lake and on our third day took the train to Pisogne to spend a full day on the Lake . Lago d'Iseo is not as large as the well known lakes but is still 16 miles long and the scenery is lovely with many lovely small towns to stop off at , Iseo itself we like very much. You will need to get the times of trains in advance to spend a full day on the lake. Boario Terme is an easy bus ride from Orio al Serio airport in Bergamo , just catch the airport bus (about 2.30 euros) to the Rail/bus station in Bergamo and get a bus directly from there , it takes about one hour thirty five minutes but is a very pretty trip. Finally , do see the city of Bergamo , the Citta Alta (high city) is a lovely medieval Italian city with many fine buildings and spectacular views and 2 funicular railways to get you up there. We ate in a very good Pizzeria called La Svolta in Boario Terme as most other restaurants in the town were hotels ones offering similar menus , there are a few bars doing a limited menu , I am sure if one had a car there would be a greater choice . All in all , we had a lovely weekend here.

Stayed here for 2 nights while driving around the area. They have a parking lot. Some English is spoken here, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean & very well-maintained with a modern bathroom and a safe. Shower was OK. The rooms have ceiling fans and windows that open, but it was hot, so we opted to pay E5 a night extra for AC, which was quiet and efficient. A small continental breakfast buffet is included, and they offer a very good dinner for E18 per person. This is a pleasant, central but quiet location, with various restaurants (but I recommend the hotel's) and shops with walking distance. If you're "taking the waters", the spa is a short walk away.

We stayed at the Hotel Diana for two days. It's a lovely hotel with ultra clean rooms and a nice restaurant, with very friendly and helpful staff, which included the owners and their family. Several of the staff spoke good English, which was helpful because our Italian is minimal. Martina especially went out of her way to make sure things went well. She has a lovely smile and we really enjoyed talking to her. We wanted to see the petroglyphs the area is famous for, and got excellent help with this and several other sights we were interested in. We ate at the hotel both evenings, the first night for convenience and the second because the meal the first night was so good. This was a set three course menu (with mutiple choices for each course) at 18 euros, a good deal.

I booked a room on Booking. In the structure pets are allowed (so it says) there is no written animals on request.
People ask questions at the hotel the answers all say that if educated dogs can stay. I send a message to the property if I can bring my dog, polite and 1.5kg. I am informed no, my room cannot accept pets. I stress that I will be forced to cancel the Reservation if I cannot bring my dog and they quietly tell me: I await cancellation.
I inform Mr. Mauro that if I went directly to the hotel with my very small dog they could not send me away because if it says everywhere that animals are allowed with supplement, I, paying I have the right to take it and they could not send me home. Having said that very rude and rude, of course even if I had someone willing to keep the dog, I certainly do not give money to those who do not respect what he writes
Greetings

We stayed 3 nights with my partner in this hotel, what can I say... super recommended family-run hotel, very kind, attentive, everything looked after and excellent value for money! If I return near Boario I will definitely return to this hotel! Clean room with everything you need! The highlight is definitely the restaurant where we ate really well!
