Stayed the night after attending a wedding. Nice hotel with very friendly, welcoming & accommodating staff. Fast, no hassle check in. Our large family room comfortably took five beds. Room was spotless & tastefully decorated. Choice of juices, cereals, yogurts & fresh fruit salad at breakfast as well as the ubiquitous full Irish.

I was at the Castle Arch Hotel for the launch of an international cycle race in August 2016. The venue was marvellous; friendly, well-informed staff who went out of their way to help; every area was spotlessly clean. Food was excellent, great value for money and service was courteous and fast. Overall, a very impressive venue with all the extras... More

Stayed two nights. Staff were lovely - particularly Jackie on reception. Room was a good size family room with double & two singles. Good location, short walk to shops, castle, etc. Beds were comfortable but unfortunately room overlooked a yard where staff were clearing beer bottle bins at 3am, not great for guests trying to sleep! In addition, extractor fans... More

Attended a wedding in this hotel. On arrival I thought the reception area was lovely and a very friendly receptionist booked us in. There was a VERY long walk to our room. On the way we did note several very old cobwebs, damp spots, flickering ceiling lights & stuff that needs attention. The bar man (couldn't get his name) was... More

We had a pleasant one night stay in this hotel! The room was basic and clean and the food was good including the breakfast! Very reasonably priced, and staff were friendly. I would not hesitate in returning again

Was recently here for a wedding, on first impressions the place looked alright, everything you needed. I found however that they were very mean when it came to the likes of food and hospitality. Also the standard of cooking left a lot to be desired. Upon walking into the hotel reception we were greeted by a snarky receptionist, who told... More
