I have been there for a short weekend getaway. The hotel is nothing special. The rooms are small but there is nothing wroing with them.
The spa section is also small and it is not really a spa. It has maybe two saunas and a steam cabin. Oh yeah, and a salt room (or how you call it). They also have a pool with a whirpool and some hydro massage things built in.
The staff is okay, some of them were really nice but some of them were totally apatic.
Oh yeah, and there is nothing to do around in this part of the year (Feb).
And this is NOT a four star hotel. Maybe three...

Checking out process was super slow coupled with system downtime and delayed our set off time by an hour. Modern feel room was small, insufficient for 2 pax with 2 luggages. Behind this large hotel, there is a small dependency hotel! This hotel is located 5 min from the main hotel and is on a campsite! We stayed 2 nights there on Reservation of Fox Trips! We were the only ones in the hotel, the beds were very bad, so bad that I didn't sleep for two nights! The receptionist said that she had heard this complaint before but that nothing had been done! For this we received a waiver of the parking fees! For the days we were there the room was not cleaned and we also got no clean towels! We paid for a hotel room and not a room on a campsite! Very disappointed in Foxreizen because they made this booking! We never want to experience this again!

We've been there for 3 night mid-week getaway in September on a very attractively priced Wellness package that included buffet breakfast and dinner, use of all the wellness facilities and a massage. The hotel is quite new, clean with nice comfortable furniture and airconditioning in the rooms. The staff was very polite and helpful, and greeted us with a smile every time we walked past a staff member. The meals very nice, incorporating the local cousine, the pool and wellness facilities clean and enjoyable. On our last day at breakfast the waiter told us that they are not booked out so we could stay until 4pm if we wanted. The town's (Harkany) thermal bath is a short stroll away, so is the main street with local shops and restaurants as well as a small but very skilled massage shop run by two ladies. These ladies offer a variety of massages for a very reasonable fee. They get booked out quickly, so plan ahead and book in time- you won't regret it. We had a reflexology massage each and were astonished at how accurately they picked up on problems in various areas of our bodies. I wish we had more time to try other massages. Villany, the local wine growing region is only a couple of minutes drive from Harkany with lots of good value cellar doors and some incredible wines to taste and buy. We will definitely come back again.

Our family spent many wellness nights in different hotels around Hungary in the last couple of years and this hotel is one of the best! We went there 3 generation - grandparents, parents and a 5 years kid for 3 days / 2 nights az Eastern time. We all enjoyed very much. All rooms, and public areas are very spacious, modern and very-very clean! The hotel staff is very polite, restaurant staff and reception sometimes apatic, but spa area and cleaning ladies very nice. The food was delicious, wide selection and more than enough, even my picky father could choose what he likes. The pool area is super, I like specially the water temperature of the main - big pool, not the typical 24 degrees, but nice warm. It is big enough to swim, to play and to rest. I can't tell any negative, we will definitely return here.

The hotel is located about 100 m from the thermal bath of Harkány. The staff was very polite and helpful, upon arrival they told us that we could do late check-out without additional cost, so we stayed and used their spa until 4pm. Probably we also got a higher class room than what we paid for, as we expected the small room described in the other review, but it was not at all small, and the bathroom had a bath tub. The room was clean, the breakfast was great, we also tried the hotel restaurant for dinner, it was ok, nothing special.
