Great hotel at a great location. Nicely spread with excellent service. On holiday with several other families with young kids. Very family friendly hotel. Spent New Year's holiday at the hotel and everyone was very happy with the choice made. Rooms: Family Suites are very nice, spacy, with fireplace (which we did not use since we were always with friends...

We stayed there over Christmas 2015 for 2 nights and the place is not bad, tidy rooms, good breakfast buffet etc. BUT we had 2 major problems. Firstly we had to pay (a lot) to use the pool and spa, whereas other hotels we have been to in Greece like Hotel Montana do not charge extra for using the pool...

I stayed for 2 nights after Easter. The first room we had, on the ground floor, near the reception was one of the most depressing ones I have ever stayed in a hotel. Old, with lack of any colour, looking dirty, with old furnitures and with terrible noise. They souldn't rent this room unless they decide to renovate it. We...

Stayed in a family room for 3 nights. One of the worst rooms I've ever been. Nothing to do with the pictures on the web site. Room was obviously old with lot of visible damages, small bathroom, terrible view and noisy. Average breakfast and facilities. One thing is for sure that it's not worthing the money we spent.

The location is distanced from other places in Portaria, but has a a number of parking spots. If you are unlucky enough to be there during a conference or convention (as we were), parking becomes a problem. The hotel is older and its wear and tear can be seen. The rooms are small and the bathroom is tiny, but they...

The location of the hotel is unique, with great view! It is very close to Volos, with parking space, which is very important because there is no parking space in the village. The room was clean and causy, the staff was always kind and willing to help and the breakfast was delicious. Last but not least, the spa was very...
