Beautiful hotel and grounds. You could tell all the staff were so proud of Thalassa Suites and were very happy to be part of it. Our room had a seaview, a very comfy bed, a walk in shower and high quality furnishings. So much choice for breakfast and it was great to sit eating so tasty food in a wonderful setting whilst pondering the day ahead. Great beaches within walking distance and a good choice of restaurants nearby too. Downside was the price of refreshments at the pool (over 6€ for a coke) Would love to return :)

I stayed at this simply outstanding hotel for 1 week,, it was the very end of the season despite the staff working continuously all summer everyone we met was friendly, and cheerful - receptionists, chambermaids, breakfast and poolside restaurant staff, all of whom help make our stay just wonderful. The location is breathtaking overlooking the beautiful and enchanting bay of Paliostafida beach! Hotel facilities are great! Two swimming pools set in a the most beautiful setting plus a fabulous poolside restaurant, that is simply outstanding, although more expensive than local restaurants, the dining experience in this magnificent setting more than justifies the extra cost plus the presentation and quality of the menu dishes is way better than any of the local restaurants.in Lassi. So if you want a truly memorable holiday I strongly recommend you stay at this hotel!!!

A beautiful small property with a lovely pool area and very comfortable sun loungers. The pool bar is great during the day and a very nice restaurant in the evening - the Greek fish and chips is sensational! Our room was a sea view…clean modern and a comfy bed! The hotel has a very cosy personal feel, fabulous Long Island iced teas!! But what really sets it apart are the staff who are so lovely and helpful. An absolute pleasure to be here - definitely coming back !!

Beautiful hotel with fabulous views. Our room was quaint, inviting and very big. The staff were very friendly and always helpful, especially my attempts at the Greek language. We had food in the hotel restaurant a couple of times and it was excellent. The cocktails we’re very good too and reasonably priced. The breakfast was buffet style and always a good selection. Special mention to Alexandra she was always so helpful and friendly to everyone at breakfast.

We didn't have a good experience at this hotel. We booked a superior sea view room but when we arrived, we were told there was a problem with the room and we were given a garden view room. There was no apology from the receptionist just a take or leave attitude. We were then in limbo, not able to unpack, waiting to hear when our sea view room would be available. We moved the following afternoon and whilst the room had a sea view it definitely should not be sold as a superior room. The overhead shower was broken and the key was stuck in the safe so we could not lock it, rendering it useless. When we reported this to the receptionist, she said a new part for the shower and safe was on order – but this did not arrive during our entire stay, and they wouldn't move us to another room! The room was shabby, knob missing off drawers, stains on furniture and broken tiles on the terrace. If you do find yourself in the unfortunate position of being allocated room 604, I hope the shower is fixed for you, I would also pack some earplugs as you can hear all the noise from neighbours next door and above you. Breakfast was chaotic – a buffet style affair with people bumping into each other to get food. The dining room seems too small for the number of guests and there were wasps everywhere. Definitely not a boutique experience! We were on a late flight home and were also disappointed to find out that there isn't a courtesy room or anywhere to have a shower once you are checked out of your room. I've never been to a hotel where this wasn't offered, and we travel frequently. On a positive note, the pool area and gardens were very nice, as were the staff in the restaurant and bar and we enjoyed the food and drinks on offer. There is a lovely little beach and beach bar - not part of the hotel - just down from the hill from the hotel.

We stayed at the Thalassa in September for my partners birthday and as a treat I booked a Junior Suite with sea view. The room we were allocated was not a Junior Suite all it had going for it was the Sea View - it was dated, to say the least and had dirty scuffed walls, handles falling off wardrobes, scruffy old furniture and the bathroom was old and dated with a constantly dripping shower and water coming through drain on the floor; the balcony and the furniture were no better the divide to the next apartment was broken and just left broken. The hotel reception, who can only be described as curt and unhelpful did not want to know they said we should have booked direct with them as we would have received the correct room. To say I was shocked is an understatement - to make matters worse, we met a couple who had booked a garden room and been upgraded to a Superior Room and they showed us their room it was far superior to our room. We eventually had the Jet2 Rep come and see our room and she agreed that it was not a Junior Suite but that the hotel was fully booked and we could not be moved, therefore, she took pictures and wrote a report for Jet2 who we are still waiting to get back to us. We paid a lot of money for a Junior Suite and we’re given an outdated and frankly scruffy room. The hotel pool area and cocktail bar are lovely areas but quite frankly too expensive and both were empty every night. This hotel advertises itself as Boutique they need a lot more upgrades to rooms before they can class themselves as Boutique, also, the hotel needs to listen to genuine issues about incorrect room allocations and not just speak to people in a haughty manner. If they want to sell their rooms exclusively don’t have deals with holiday companies as they do not treat you the same as guests booking direct.

Booked a Superior room with Jet2 (booked March 2022) based on the fantastic pictures of the rooms on their website. Exactly what we'd expect at a Boutique hotel. The room we were given was a world away from the website pictures. It was extremely dated, the white wooden furniture was yellow with age, there were numerous cracks in the sink, painted over gouges in the walls, corroded wall lights with dirty shades, garden view was a few bushes. There was an awful smell in the room which was worse when in bed as it permeated up from the floor between the two wooden single beds that had been pushed together. A connecting door to the room next door so the slightest sound could be heard. There was no privacy as we were looked down upon by the breakfast room and everyone coming into the complex. Reception blamed Jet2 for false advertising on their website and said the hotel was fully booked so they couldn't move us. We asked for the robes and slippers that were included with the room and were told again that Jet2 had falsely advertised these too. We spoke with the Jet2 rep and were told there was nothing she could do as the hotel determine which rooms to allocate, so to take it up with Jet2 on our return home. We spoke with 6 other couples who had also been duped and overheard others talking of the same disappointment. Oh, and the air con unit in the room still hadn't been fixed by the time we left, despite us reporting it to reception 4 days previously.

Chipped floor tiles, Bare wires taped over in the bathroom & holes, definitely not what you expect for this room rate. Only a dodgy wooden barrier to the next balcony we had to put up a cover but could hear every word from the next room. Good points - lovely, helpful staff & good food. Nice pool area. Beach below the hotel is terrible.
