On a busy and fast road some 3kms to the West of Paleochora. No stopping bus service and a 5 euro taxi ride. The hotel offered, on its site and booking.com a hotel mini bus to and from town. Never saw that in operation although if the timing suited a lift was available and return if you asked at the...

For the second time I spent holiday time in this hotel. This time I had 13 nights there (I had to spend one - last - night in Chania to be able to reach my early morning flights back home via Athens). I had no other ideas than relax after stressing work during the winter. For that purpose Megim was...

We set this trip up way too late, so our options for hotels were reduced. Staff are nice there and were helpful. Location is not good if you want to be in town. The beach is across the street. They have wi-fi in the hotel and we were told wi-fi was at the beach too. The breakfast was ok, but...

The Megim is a clean and friendly hotel about five kilometres from Paleeochora. The hotel is basic and is traditional and could probably benefit from a little investment but what it lacks in charm it makes up for in freindlyness. The rooms were comfortable and clean although our room had very noisy air conditioning and the shower unit was broken...

I was spending 6 nights in May in this relaxing place situated 4km from Paleochora center. If you are not already having car or scooter, I strongly recommend you to rent bicycles (form Notos etc.). Terrain is not tough and it was easy to go even as far as Anidri and Gianiskari Beaches (8km one direction) but notice that driving...

Very friendly and helpful owner. Loved the sound of the crickets. Very clean with everything you need. 2 minutes walk from a peaceful beach with a beach bar and big umbrellas. Lovely breakfast. We had no car, but they drove us to town whenever we needed. Cheap taxi ride back. Would go again.

I' m very satisfied of the services! The hotel is very clean and for me is the most important! The room where we stay is with new furnitures! The breakfast is taste! Also the hotel provides a cafe on the beach with very good prices on drinks! It's not on palaioxora but it's not far, because of this is very...

Hotel is clean and quiet. Rooms are big enough, there is enough space for baggage. Furniture is all painted in white color, there are lovely paintings on the walls. We had view from balcony to the olive grove and to the sea. In the morning a pleasant distant cockcrow woke us up. Breakfast was basic with some greek traditional addings....

Stayed a couple of nights at the beginning of October. Room recently refurbished clean and quiet. Air con included in the 40 euros B&B price. Breakfast was the best we have had in a greek budget hotel. 3km outside Paleochora but only a few yards from a pebble beach. Very satisfied with our experience
