What an Amazing place! We will recommend it to everybody! We enjoyed our stay so much. The owner is such a great guy! Jose and Sharon the staff are incredible, very nice, friendly and helpfull. They booked the ziplines tour and ride for us and did our laundery super fast. The vibe of the place is cozy and it is beautifuly designed. It is a good place to get to know other travelers. The room was super clean. There are hot water in the shower. The location is perfect! Close to everything. The resturant next door called Open Kitchen is delicious, and the free Yoga class in the lobby is really cool.

Fantastic new high-spec hostel with dorms and private rooms located in the centre of town. It has a large inside communal area perfect for relaxing and socialising with other guests. Theres an outdoor balcony also with hammocks and a communal kitchen. The staff, Alex and Sharon, are friendly and helpful and made my stay stress free. Theres a great restaurant in the building next door that serves healthy meal options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall this stay exceeded my expectations and I was impressed with the unique design of the building and the professionalism of the management. I could have stayed much longer.

Really nice hostel with a great common area (and comfy bean bags!) All travellers when I was here were so nice and big thanks to Sharon that was so attentive! They also organised all excursions which was really useful! Would definitely stay again!

We loved this place! - The stuff was amazing, super helpful and kind to help us with our needs, thank you Sharon and Victor! - The location is perfect, close to markets, restaurants and shops. - Great place to meet and socialize with other travelers. - They have an amazing restaurant and bar attached with bunch of healthy food options. - They booked for me all the attractions I requested and saved me bunch of time and money running around trying to hustle for good deals! Definitely will be back!

The outbox inn is by far one of the best hostels I’ve ever been to. The place is super cozy and CLEAN, full of nice people and a super attentive and fun staff. I came alone, stayed in the dorms and had a great experience.

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The room was small but comfortable, super cozy and really clean. The hostel offers a cute restaurant with fresh food and tasty coffee, and the owners were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again!

My boyfriend and I stayed at outbox inn for two nights and had the best time! There were plenty of common places to hang out and the staff was amazing and kind. The hostel serves a free laundry service and free coffee & hot chocolate all day long!

Couldn’t recommend highly enough, was our favourite hostel in the entirety of the country. Run by three really sound lads, who are very helpful and generous. The facilities were excellent and the kitchen is a great place to cook and chill in the evenings. The men who run this establishment are some of the calmest dons around. Chill with them and ask them about their gardening space in the cupboard. The only hostel worth staying in in monteverde. Relax bro, pura Vida
