it was great staying there and the hospitality we got was even more unexpected. it is centrally located and the places you want to visit from there are very much near if you calculate it. There is junction mall 10 mins walking distance. Carnival cinema hall, big bazar 5 mins walking distance. and the bus stand is near to it too.

Not a good place to stay as electricity was being the issue. Fan doesn't work properly. Lift didn't work. Staff members are rude in behaviour. Worst place to stay. Not at all good experience think twice before u come here.

It is a very good hotel for night spend in durgapur. If you are in durgapur and wanting a hotel for stay it is best place. The hotel staffs are good but need more training. That's would be better for their business. I stayed there in Las week and it is very good .

This hotel has become more of a second home for me in Durgapur. This can be compared to a 2 Star hotel. Avijit at Front Desk and Biplab in the restaurant are known for their exemplary service.This hotel has a dedicated Car Parking,Restaurant,Bar and a Outlet for Drinks is on the anvil.

Very ordinary, more like lodge design. Which is fine but it is equally expensive as a fine hotel around called Prime Plaza. Staff really do not know what hospitality business is. If i see a same guy serving room who took me to the room in early morning by 2 AM and poor chap was really tired with lack of sleep. No laundry service. Room was highly decorated but failed in basic amenities. Dustbin in my room was not even cleaned from litter of previous guest. Geyser was not working. Aaloo Paratha and Sandwich were only options for breakfast. Not worth.

i stay two night in hotel . hotel is very good . but need to do training to your staff . hotel staff is not like professional. but all over stay is good . in service jay is very nice guy . i eat golden fried prawns very tasty . but need to do work on mutton kolhapuri . all over experience is good . i am visit again
