I have been visited recently Peerless Inn Durgapur. Its a very well maintained hotel. Room size is good, quality of room is very nice. Food was simply awasome,they are maintaining hygeine properly staffs wearing musk sanitizer is also available at all public . I will definitely come again. Best of luck team.

I am astonished in my stay with the peerless inn Durgapur In this pandemic sitiation. At this situation also I have not found a single compromise with guest though the hotel is having less staff for social distancing. I just entered into the lobby and noticed few are waiting for checking in. There were no bell boy standing at the lobby. May be he was with other guest. It was just two minutes I waited. I found a person wearing mask with red t shirt and jeans cane to me, carried my luggage and did the sanitizing beside the lobby. Calmly he did My check in. Then he himself onky took my luggage and escort me at my room. I was just observing this gentleman so polished and silently doing the job. I am sure seeing his body language he cannot be the bell boy. But I was feeling hesitated to ask his name. He left my luggage at my room and asked for any assistance pls dial 9 and let my room. While checking out I found the cell boy. I just asked him that day who was the gentle man who carried my luggage. The bell boy said its our general manager Mr Shantanu Ranjan pal. I fallen from the sky as I am not even to his level. But he has carried my luggage without introducing himself as he noticed that staff shortage and he did not liked gurst room wait at lobby. I have no more words to say Just to express my feeling that till now such hoteliers are there in industry. He is a hands on person. All shold see him as an example. The company is lucky to get such dedicated passionate person. I salute this hotelier. A true leader who fights from front. He never made his staff realise his designation and position. A great learning to all. I want to share it in this group so guest should meet with him once when they go to the peerless inn Durgapur.

I went to Peerless Inn in Durgapur with my wife, mother and 2 sons. The experience in the hotel was awesome. We stayed in the 4th Floor. The rooms were spacitous. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with boiled basa fish , boiled eggs, omelette, idli, tea, juices and puri sabzee. The behaviour of the staff was very good. Lunch with shukto, moong dal, ilsa fish curry and bhetki curry was outstanding. Dinner was less spicy with mutton curry and roti. But overall the ambience and experience in the hotel was awesome. We travelled to Maithon and Panchet dam with our car and returned and stayed in Peerless Inn only.

The room was kept very neat and clean during my stay by Mr Sukumar and from reception Devashish very cooperative and polite to guide me and feel me stay away from home. And also well maintaining a multi quiz in restaurant with lots of food varieties we enjoyed very much I would like to thank Mr Minmoy ghosh . I would like to recommend this hotel one of the best place as well as in the location for comfortable stay.

The stay was comfortable & peaceful, the room as well as the bathroom were spacious, clean at par & well decorated. The security & staff were prompt, well behaved & very helpful specially Mr Atanu at the restaurant, food at the restaurant was awesome in taste, both breakfast & dinner I had was up to the mark, must try their mouth watering foods at the restaurant. Good hotel to stay for business purposes since it's located in City Centre, Durgapur business and commercial hub. Bath fittings and services are bit old. They even dont provide toiletries in the bathroom. They even compel you to pay room charges in advance which is something not common in 3 star properties.

One of the finest hotel of Durgapur
Great staff make great hotel experience.
the staffs have been trained to pamper you
Security team actively comes and collect the luggage.
Check in team is very prompt and give great check in experience.
In restaurant, the moment you enter, there is staff that helps you with the breakfast.
The team knew what I had been having for breakfast and they would ask if today as well I would like to repeat the same.
Special appreciation to Mr. Muddassar and his team from Restuarant.
Also I would like to appreciate his team for managing smooth check in/check out.
