This was an emergency business to Durgapur. And really happy to find a hotel like Fortune. In the Pandamic they are maintaining all the precaution measures and Hygiene. Starting from the entrance you be check with thermal screening and being asked for sanitize your hand with automatic sanitizer. And if you are not having mask will offer you a mask which made of linen very soft and comfortable to ware. The staff will guide you and make you understand the importance of all this. From the Entrance made me glad and many more e precaution in room. The Room service I have ordered it was feel you safe. Keep it up I will suggest any one want to visit Durgapur stay at Fortune Park Pushpanjali.

We stayed here in January 2021 during a trip to Durgapur. We booked two rooms as we had our parents with us. Check in was very smooth and we were in our room within 10 minutes. Thanks to Dishani at front desk for the quick and efficient service. The hotel was very clean and they kept all precautions (contactless sanitiser dispensers, mask on etc) The rooms were very nice with comfortable bed, good view and modern bathroom. I would like to mention about the service of housekeeping ... they not only kept the rooms super clean but one day they tucked the soft toy of my son on the bed so nicely that he was overjoyed to see that. Simple touch but very personal. Thank you. The best part of the hotel was their restaurant for Breakfast and dinner. We were surprised by the continental option on the menu and the quality of the dishes prepared. One word - excellent. The breakfast spread was huge with variety of option of Indian and continental cuisine. A special thanks to Madhu in the restaurant who was very efficient and helped us a lot during our dinner and breakfast. Our parents were delighted. Overall fantastic stay and surely would like to come back here. One quick point - the parking is in the basement and its a self parking facility.

Superb will be a subdued word. Highest level of Hospitality shown at each level. Special Thanks to Jasmine, Dishani and Pijush for the support provided over the days of stay and also during booking communications. Food quality was superb. The spread at both Breakfast and Dinner was excellent. I believe, Hotel Administration has kept highest level of care for sanitization and safety during this pandemic period. Awesome property with all the amenities and helpful staffs. They showed me a nice gesture by modifying the booking without any charge during this pandemic time. Really appreciate the gesture. Food quality was awesome served at Orchid.
There is a scope of improvement in responsiveness for room service to maintenance staffs. They took lots of time to provide basic amenities in room, to serve the lunch in room, needed some help for TV but had to remind them twice. These are not expected from a five star property. Infact in this pandemic time, occupancy is very low and still everything is slow.
Except the above points, it's all good.

The room service, in-room dining service is excellent, the Lunch/Dinner pack for solo guest is of good quality, and affordable price. The buffet breakfast is very good. The rooms are very clean and the tooth brush, comb, soap, shampoo, body wash and body lotion provided at the hotel is of very good quality.

One of the Best hotels to stay with cordial staffs and improved amenities. Most impressive is the use of COVID 19 protocols, contactless lift and other movement arrangements. My sister and I entered the premises with a lot of apprehensions about the hotel and were blown away by the hospitality, efficiency as well as warmth from each of the staff members. The check in as well as check out process is extremely seamless and effortless. The front desk staff became family during our one week stay. The manager, Harsh, as well as Vivek ensured that we were well taken care of. They both went beyond their duty, helping us maneuver ourselves in a strange city. Both Harsh and Vivek made sure we never felt stranded or lost. Smiles never left their faces and we sisters felt very much at home. Ritu, at the front desk, always had the sweetest smile helping us with our queries. The one person who spoiled us rotten and catering to our every whim and fancy is Piku, our "personal chef". He greeted us each morning at the breakfast bar with a cheshire grin so genuine that we sisters knew that our requests would be taken care of supremely well. We were totally spoilt putting all Dunking Donuts and Cracker Barrels to shame. This is now our permanent place to stay in Durgapur. I stayed for a night on 23rd May 2021 and was very satisfied with the cleanliness, sanitization protocols and service during these difficult times. The hotel has an excellent feel as you enter with its spacious lobby and unique architecture depicting the rich culture of Bengal. The Dining options are also great and offers great variety - which I cherished in Jan 2021. Overall a superb experience in Durgapur.

I spent two weeks here and enjoyed my stay. The room was cleaned daily and kept immaculate. Housekeeping always ensured I had plenty of water in my room to stay hydrated and combat the hot, humid weather outside. The AC was fully functional and much appreciated.
Dipika and Moon, in the spa, are quite adept at their profession, which made a massage after a hard day at work very relaxing.
I spent a lot of time in Neptune and I want to commend Shivam for his professionalism and desire to do his job exceptionally! Thank you Shivam!
I had to visit the front desk a few times and all the staff were always pleasant and inviting. They took care of every request I had. Anjali assisted me most frequently, but everyone was helpful all the time.
There's no way I could remember every name of every staff member I met, but they all deserve recognition for their service. Thank you everyone!
