I had a very pleasant stay here in this hotel. Everything went very smoothly. I have been staying here for more than a week, but what I would really like to highlight is the wonderful welcome & the exceptional hospitality shown by the staff on the 4th floor cafe dining hall also the housekeeping staff from 5th floor as well as 3rd floor. Special mention for Mr. Tilaj Raj who I believe went above & beyond and provided excellent service. A very prompt & humble person I have come across in this hotel. Thank you Mr. Tilak Raj for your exceptional service! Please give him a raise with all his wonderful team I have come across with Mr. Harbhajan, Miss Donmini & Miss Binita! When I'm going to travel back to Noida, this is the hotel which I would highly recommend especially for the wonderful hospitality, food, very helpful staff & pleasant stay! Very comfortable and Clean. Hotel staff was also very helpful and supportive. Tilak Raj was especially very helpful and all our queries were addressed right away. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city hence providing a wholesome experience for your visit. A must visit!

Room service is brilliant and had no issues during entire stay. Clean room and washroom had being a delight. Thanks to Mr. Vipin and all other staff for taking care and always been there whenever required for anything. Really a great place to stay.
